I recently discovered that the sunlight reflecting off my windows could potentially melt the new turf I had installed in my backyard. Thankfully, Liberty Awnings and Shades came to my rescue. They responded to my call promptly and sent someone over to provide an estimate. The installers were friendly, and the end result exceeded my expectations. Not only does it look amazing, but the installation was also completed quickly.

What they tell you verbally doesn't count, only what's in the written contract. Make sure what's written down matches what they tell you. We decided to pay the $500 cancellation fee for the $3800 contract rather than proceed with people who are deceitful. Sorry to lose the money, but not a reliable and honest company.

Awsum Company. They provided exelent service from the sales rep *** to both installers *** and ***. Every1 was courteous and professional. The shades that were installed were top quality and everything fit perfectly. Purchasing and installing our awning was a great experience. I want to give a big shout out to ***, the salesman, for his honest and straightforward approach. He gave us some great suggestions that met our needs. We visited their office and the admin staff was very professional and focused on providing good service. The installation team arrived on time, cleaned up the work site, and were efficient. They did a great job explaining how the awning device works. Overall, a job well done.

I had a signed contract, paid half down. A month later, Liberty refunded my money without any explanation, and no response when I asked what was going on. Company that came to my rescue said they were getting a lot of Liberty customers - likely getting burned by rising material costs and rather than honor the contracts, just cancelled them. Sound plausible, but just speculation since I was given NO explanation. Did not need the added stress while doing major back yard renovations. Contract was meaningless, and zero customer service. Avoid this company.

Do not, I repeat, do not get an awning from this company. This company is terrible. I got my retractable awning from them and only used it for 2 months, barely even used it. The fabric tore and the bar is bent. Two technicians from their own company said this is a manufacturing and installation problem. After they sent the pictures back to the company, they said it's not their problem. I spent over $8000 for this piece of junk. If you don't want to waste your money, do not get any product from here. They don't care about any problems that happen and their warranty doesn't even exist.

Terrible company, the salesman failed to tell me that they do not carry a black crank, so I was given a bright white crank that does not match my dark gray patio shade. The technical measurement was incorrect, so I had two additional holes put in the side of my home. During installation, I had three more holes drilled into the side of my home that were never used. When I questioned the installers about the white crank, they stated that's all they carry. They also mentioned that other customers have complained about it as well. When I called the office to voice my concern, they were only interested in receiving their payment in full. DO NOT USE LIBERTY AWNINGS AND SHADES. They are very dishonest, and the management does nothing to satisfy the customer.

This company don't care about customer service at all! Tried all the way to the owner and they sincerely don't care. My purchase was for over $6000 so I am not speaking of a low dollar purchase. Well, that all perspective I guessHad an issue with the install, We (installer and I) look at the contract because he says there's a separate charge for covers and the charge isnt there. Installer asks that I sign off on the install since he did what he was supposed to and not to worry, He said he would let the office know and someone would contact me back immediately.? No call that day so I contact the office at 5 till 5 and they are unaware of my issue. *** the office manager says she will talk with the salesman. The next day goes by with no call. Days later after multiple unanswered calls, I receive a Docusign with an un-reasonable charge. I call again and get the manager who says she has spoken with the owner and the charge cannot be removed. I offer to pay full price for the material and pick up the product. Still the $200 installations charge cannot be removed. She offers and sets a meeting for myself and the owner. At this point I need to get the covers that match the product that they installed, so I email for documentation and received a response for resolution that would require me to sign an additional contract stating I would speak well of the company on the air for compensation. This is not how customer service should be handled. I feel for anyone that has an issue as thats when the struggle will begin. They have been adversarial from the first moment. I reviewed them online months ago and today they responded saying that they offered to remove the charge which is not true. I have the emails directly from the *** saying the charges are just and cannot be removed. And another offering to split the $200 fee I felt was unreasonable if I would sign the contract I mentioned above. Was going to leave it at my original review until that response.
