I had to file a dispute with my credit card company just to get my money back after waiting for a whole month. The savings just aren't worth the hassle! They seem to think that just because they're an "e-seller," they can flip you the bird and send your items whenever they feel like it (or in my case, not send them at all). It's always been slow, but now it's just plain unacceptable! Even the worst seller on eBay will ship your item faster than these people! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. However, when I opened the shipping container, I was disappointed to find an unsealed Galaxy Note box that contained all of the accessories, but no Galaxy Note. These were sold as brand new in box (BNIB), so I was understandably upset.
I immediately contacted 1saleaday.com and have been in constant communication with them for the past two days. They tried to persuade me into purchasing today's deal on the Note, promising to refund my money and cancel my previous order. However, I was not willing to do this as I had already spent $584 and did not want to risk losing more money to a company that does not even have a customer service phone number.
After much back and forth, I was finally informed at the end of their business day today (4:30 PM EDT) that I would NOT be receiving a refund after all. It turns out that I am not the only customer who has experienced this issue, and instead of taking care of their customers who have already invested money in their shady venture, they want to conduct an "investigation" into how widespread this problem may be.
I even signed a sworn affidavit attesting to the fact that I did not receive the phone, only the box and accessories. Despite this, they still refuse to refund my money or send me the phone. It's frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't seem to care about their customers or their reputation.
