ZRS Management review: ZRS overcharges rent, stay away

I moved out on February 20. I paid through the 20th. I turned in my keys on the 20th. ZRS charged me $50 in rent for the 21st. I was told I went get a refund for the extra $50. ZRS leasing agent even told me they charge an extra day of rent because that's what their system does. After several calls and emails, they ghosted me.

Just think, ZRS charges an extra day of rent to all its former residents because that's what their system does? and then if you catch them, they ghost you? That adds up to a lot of money since ZRS is managing properties all over the US.
