ZRS Management review: Additional fees applied immediately after takeover without notice of where to submit proof of rental insurance.

Galleries at Park Lane was purchased by ZRS and renamed Marisol Park Lane on or about April 2025. Unbeknownst to me, a resident of the past seven years, I was charged for additional fees such as water intrusion, technology, rental insurance, and rental assurance--just name a few. Once I showed the new leasing agents at Marisol Park Lane (Dallas, Texas) on October 6, 2025 that I already had rental insurance, he assured me that he'd take care of it. He did not. After several more months, I kept being charged for additional fees including rental insurance and assurance to the tune of $40 per month. After being clued in that I had to affix Marisol at Park Lane as an 'interested party' on my insurance, Marisol only deducted $90 off of my account despite me being overcharged for nearly a year and half (April 2025-May 2026) to an amount up over $500.00. And they blocked me from paying rent online due to no fault of my own. This is wholly unfair.
