ZoomInfo.com review: Selling my data

I submitted a BBB compalint on 8/3 ontop of doing another optout on there site and I just got another call today 2026-08-07. I submitted request to have my information removed on 2026-02-27. That seemed to help things for a while but then again i started getting calls again so i made another opt-out request on 2026-05-05. Again calls slowed down for a bit but i am not back another few months and getting calls again so i mad another opt-out request on 2026-08-03 and i am still getting call now 4 days later after the 24 to 72 hour waiting period. But the bigger issue is how i have now been added to the list multiple times with the same information after "opting out" multiple times. opting out should not be a point in time thing. IT should remain and you should not be re-added as soon as someone re-imports a list. Its also not my problem if your allowing customers to still make calls off of numbers that should be out of your system. that's what that 24-72 hour period should be for making sure that any numbers are marked properly as do not call. I am also on do-not-call lists if i get another call from someone saying they are getting my information from zoom info i am going further then BBB complaints.

The bigger problem is they also sell so so many vendors that i get spam called form 5 to 10 places a day. I was at the point where i would listen to a vendor and take a call if they told me who they were getting their call list from but its always zoom info so i am not just not working or talking to any vendor who uses ZoomInfo and encouraging others to do the same.
