Taylor performed the service. What I liked was I received emails prior to the scheduled service keeping me informed. I received a phone call from Taylor prior to him coming out describing what he was going to due in light of the COVID issues. Taylor gave me my options and we selected the best for the garage door in question. The total installation time came to approximately 60 minutes. I was very pleased with the service I received.

Precision Door stood out from other garage door companies because: 1. They replied very quickly.2. They not only came on time, they came early, 3. I received a text with a picture of the technician (Mike) prior to his arrival 4. AND MOST IMPORTANT…Mike was knowledgeable, efficient, and fixed our problem within an hour. He went above and beyond what we paid for and we will definitely call him when we replace the entire garage door in 6 months.

Very satisfied! Technician, Bobby Strauss, was here within 3.5 hours of placing the call and had us repaired in less than 30 minutes. Very friendly, didn't try to upsell, no strings attached, and the price was beyond reasonable and far better than I expected. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and got us up and running again. I'll use this company every time I have an issue! Way to go Precison, this is how business should be.

I called Precision Door at 7:25am this morning immediately after experiencing a broken spring on our large garage door. Justin Smith (Service Tech) called me within 15 minutes and told me that he was 20 minutes away. He arrived and did a First Class job of replacing the (2) springs as well as performed a complete adjustment. I was beyond impressed with both his technical savvy as well as his genuine professional personality. Job extremely well done!

Both the salesperson, Andrew, and the installer, Mike, were excellent representatives of the company. Andrew went over the options we had available and left me with two different estimates to discuss with my spouse. The doors arrived much sooner than promised. Mike was professional and the job went smoothly. I think my garage was cleaner after he finished that it was when he started. He walked us through how to link our openers to the myQ app once he was done. Very happy with the work, we would recommend and use again.

We used Precision Garage Door of Delaware about 7 or 8 years ago when the spring broke on our old door & then we purchased a new garage door from Precision. We have been very happy with that now— not so new door. Mike Smith from Precision emailed us this morning that he was enroute & arrived promptly. He gave us estimates to just replace the broken spring or update other worn parts. He was professional, efficient, & had our garage door functioning properly in no time. We can depend on Precision Garage Door of Delaware.

My total experience with Precision Garage Door was excellent, from the time I made the call for an appointment, to the final repair. Taylor was professional, polite, knowledgeable and very patient with me. He explained every detail of what the problem was with my garage door and provided me with several options to make the repairs. I was not pressured to choose one option over the other...no pressure whatsoever. I had the garage door seal replaced, along with the springs and track rollers. The work was completed within an hour after Taylor showed up. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of garage door repair or replacement.

Needed to replace the controller for garage door opener which had become difficult to use reliably & pretty much stopped opening both doors. The original was probably installed in 1985. Was programmed for me for extra charge as I'm not great at reprogramming etc electronics so was worth the price. Arrived at the beginning of the 2 hr time frame assigned to me&called prior to arriving. Works perfectly & only took about 1/2 hr or less to replace the old one with an almost identical unit&program it. The tech who did the job, Tim, was great. Have had them repair part of the mechanism involved in opening the doors about 2 yrs ago & no problems.

3 star review because of the initial installation. Dented panels were installed and I was offered $200.00 credit. Seriously. I'm paying you $$$$ and you want to install dented panels. This was not ok with me so I asked for them to be replaced. Then the garage door came off track and a roller fell off due to stripping upon install. Garage door no longer operational. I called Precision several times in reference to the dented panels and the stripped piece deeming my garage door inop and was told each time the manager, Adam, would call me back. He never returned any of my phone calls. MONTHS later my panels are replaced and the stripped roller repaired by two very nice gentlemen. Finally, my garage door works!

So much for "Call now. Fixed today!" "Weekends available at no extra charge·" I just called to request an appointment. My car is stuck inside a garage door that will open no more than 6". I was told the first appointment is July 2, 2022. Today is 6/19/2022. Supposedly, it's ok that I'm unable to use my car for more than two weeks! A $200 charge plus the cost of repairs was offered. The following assurances appear on their web page: "It doesn't matter what breaks or when it happens, we'll be there to fix your garage door on your schedule. Don't let a broken garage door leave your family and investments vulnerable." I'm a senior. I live alone, I have a week full of doctors appointments that I had to wait months to get. Empty promises.

I would normally NEVER leave such a negative review. I would work with the company to try to resolve issues, but today was my breaking point. $6k installation of two new doors, remotes etc. the installation in Sept was very difficult because the guy working did not want to install everything new. He wanted to use the old trim and old parts, until I noticed and said no. Then he tried to hammer out a panel. FAST forward 8 months they final come out to replace the panel and put the hardware on. Before they put the hardware on, they asked where i wanted it, I agreed and approved it. Fast forward an hour later, the technician decided on his own where to install it and changed it. I understand this is a franchise and it was great in Virginia, but Precision Door of Delaware failed.

Our Precision Garage Door experience was excellent. We are extremely pleased. Contact with Lyndsey to set up an emergency appointment was easy and she was so helpful. Jasper, the technician, is very proficient and a highly skilled, professional technician. Jasper was very courteous, respectful and explained the entire process, and costs, in a way that were easily understood. He was calm and assured us that he would have our door repaired quickly and did so without any issues. He is extremely professional, friendly and is an outstanding representative of Precision Garage Door. Since this was an emergency appointment he didn't get our appointment until late in the day and wasn't able to arrive until 10PM. He was not fazed about the time of day or the work that was required. The truck was outfitted with all the tools and parts needed to complete our repair. The truck was clean and neat inside and out. All we can say is outstanding. We are pleased to have picked them for our repair and will call them for any future garage door repairs. We will recommend them to our neighbors.
