I was reminded of what it's like to work as a team, to have "get up and go" and to get things done! Wow! Dalton and Chris, as well as Danny and Nick were hustling from the moment they stepped in my house. They listened to my concerns and we worked out the issues that arose. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and are skilled at what they do. I appreciate the daily pick-up. Especially on Friday, where they took the extra time to do a thorough job of cleaning, as well as reconnect everything in the kitchen. Even after the final payment, IHD came back to take care of some very minor concerns I missed in the walk-through. I love the remodel. Family loves the remodel. And the neighbors...are jealous.

We had a great experience with Integrated. Due to covid it caused our project to run a little longer than expected but it was worth it as we got to know the guys working at our home. We absolutely love the remodel on our bathrooms Kyle and Dalton did an amazing job so we had them do our parents bathroom. Travis, one of the owners of the company was very understanding and very quick to accommodate as we changed our initial contract, that caused a little extra time but, didn't tell us no. We also love the way the enclosure and the shed turned out. We are so glad we decided to go with Integrated to do our remodel we couldn't be happier with the end result. Sometime during our remodel we went from just being clients to becoming family and we love the guys and Jess.

Integrated did a wonderful job on my kitchen remodel... From subfloor to ceiling. Everything was top notch, the crew was wonderful. They handled every detail... including electrical work and plumbing. I felt very comfortable having them in my home, and they cleaned up every day they were here. They were good at addressing concerns, troubleshooting and offering good advice and alternatives. Delays occurred with cabinet order, but it was not their fault, just Covid supply chain issues. But they worked with my schedule, and once the cabinets arrived everything went together on schedule. When my stove shipment could not deliver to my street, they accepted shipment at their warehouse, then delivered it when it was time to install. Service like that is a delight and a relief.

Travis and his team are the best. We ordered the Onyx shower panels for a bathtub surround and neo-angle corner shower through Integrated Home Design. Throughout the entire order and delivery process Travis was great to work with. He even added hand-written notes on the installation instruction sheets to provide my contractor with some excellent tips to help ensure the install went smoothly. Of all the contractors I've worked with, Travis is by far the best communicator. Very professional, responsive and a pleasure to work with. And when my contractor bailed on me, all it took was one call to Travis and he made some schedule adjustments to fit us into his very busy schedule even though the install job is 2 hours from Lexington. I feel much better knowing the install will be done by professionals with tons of experience. When we get around to remodeling our house here in Lexington, Travis will be the first guy I call!

LouAnn K When we paid off our home last May my husband and I decided we would make this our forever home. Our little 1950's ranch is in the perfect location and we needed a senior friendly home. I talked to my bank about a loan to remodel and wanted a good contractor to come in and walk through with me and my husband to see if all the issues we had could be addressed and how much we needed. Logan was wonderful! He took my list of concerns and wishes and went to work with Travis and the design team to make it happen. The pandemic got in the way but everyone IHD kept in constant contact. Mike was on site and in constant contact with me keeping me posted on every aspect of the job. Integrated is the key word in IHD's mission. Nick, Danny, Jamie, Chris, Dalton, Elias are all professionals and respect your concerns and keep you abreast of all that is going on. I would highly recommend IHD to anyone needing a home remodel. We just bought a new house, and even though we LOVED it, it did need a few extras. Phase 1 of our improvement list was a shower install on the guest bath that only had a tub. I asked around and heard the guys at Integrated Home Design were easy to work with, efficient and budget conscious. I got their number from a co-worker that had used them before and was pleased with the entire process. After a brief phone consultation Logan came out and did an in-person assessment of what needed to be done. He was polite, professional and mindful of our time. He gave us an estimate and we agree to proceed. Even in today's CRAZY economy, the guys at IHD were able to complete the job AHEAD of their initial estimate and came in right on budget. From start to finish our experience with IHD was just perfect. Just like my co-worker and other friends I would recommend anyone looking for any sort of home improvement work to contact Logan, Travis and the rest of the crew at IHD! A+++

We had a lot of work done by the folks at integrated- a new shower door install; A brand new double vanity with makeup niche, which required plumbing adjustments and drywall rework; new built in cabinets in our living room, including a custom granite topped pedestal ti accommodate an electric fireplace between the built-ins; and last bit probably most important they installed new plumbing, electric and dryer exhaust into a first floor office, so we could convert it to a laundry room and would no longer need to have laundry facilities in the basement. Although Covid create product and shipping delays, once they arrived, Travis quickly assigned teams to our project. He and the staff were professional and made sure the work met or exceeded our expectations. Travis was very responsive during the project and touched base with us daily during the project. We enjoyed working with Travis. He is personable and cares about providing a great result. I would definitely recommend them!

When I received a call from one of the owners of this company I was excited to see how they could help me up grade my 43 year old kitchen. When the designer got here the told me he had been a real estate agent and that what I needed to do for resale. I informed him that I am not interested in sellling. He went on to tell me what I needed to do to my kitchen so that I would be able to sell when I am ready. I was not interested in what he said but he would not listen to what I wanted. So I let him finish and then I contacted his boss to let him know what the designer had done. The company seemed interested in what I had to say and told me they wanted to come to my home and here what I have to say and see how to fix the situation. I was supposed to be contacted on Monday, Dec. 27th and it is Tuesday the 28th and I have not heard from them. Needless to say they do not keep their word, so I won't be doing business with this company. I am so disappointed that people who own businesses act like others are not important.

I had recently downsized and needed to change the shower to a more handicapped friendly option. I had all the well-known companies that advertised on TV come and give me a quote. I was shocked to learn how expensive they were, could not accommodate the design I needed, and were non-negotiable. They are all nationwide and a large percentage of their revenue goes to corporate offices. A friend of mine mentioned Integrated Home Design. They are a local Kentucky company. Mr. Davis, one of the co-owners, came to the house. He was very attentive. He did not have to check with anybody as he was the owner. We focused on the design. They use onyx material that they mold to customer needs. It looks very nice and feels strong and not noisy. The price was 20% lower than others and there were no gimmicks with financing. Michael Anderson and Will King installed the shower with detailed attention and ensured that we were involved in every step. I just wanted something that works for me, but we also got a fancy shower with the design that I wanted. If you are renovating something in your house, compare this local company to others. Ask them for a quote and compare. You will be surprised. They have the best staff.

As I look back on things that I am thankful for in 2022, Integrated Home Design tops the list. They did a complete kitchen and master bath overhaul for me this fall following a massive water damage incident, and I can't say enough positive things about them. Travis, who is one of the two owners, did a superb job managing the schedule. He's exceptionally customer service oriented, responsive, and stays on top of an unbelievable number of project details. I worked with a lot of different folks on the IHD team because my project was so expansive �" cabinetry, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, tile, drywall �" and they ALL have extraordinary work ethic, attention to detail (perfectionists!), fast execution, and quality of workmanship. They are individually highly skilled craftsmen and collectively a great team. They were professional yet fun to be around, accommodating, and they knocked it out! I especially want to thank Chris, Nick and Denver, Michael, Steven, Mike, Danny, Will, Wesley, Jamie, Salvador, Marcel, and most of all John. I've already recommended IHD at least 10 times to friends, neighbors, and colleagues �" they have my highest recommendation.

We had 2 large patio doors and a bay window replaced, along with a master bath total tear out, redesign and remodel. Logan did a great job of scoping out the projects and making sure they could deliver exactly what we wanted. Kyle was the project manager on the doors & window and Rick on the bathroom. Both did an excellent job of keeping things moving and keeping us informed along the way. Denver did an amazing job on the electrical work and lighting recommendations for the bathroom. Alias & crew were phenomenal on the carpentry and tile work. Cody came by for the final punch list and made sure we were 100% satisfied before he left. Jon was the glue that held it all together. He helped us through the hiccups of supply chain issues and the unknowns of remodeling a 17 year old bathroom. My wife and I spent countless hours designing and looking at different possibilities on the bathroom remodel and everyone welcomed our opinions and preferences throughout both projects. All of Integrated's staff was friendly and cleaned up each day before they left. While talking with them, they mentioned how well Travis treated them and how much they enjoyed working for Integrated. I've had many years of supervising employees, farm help, etc. and happy/content people do better work ! THANKS to the whole Integrated Team !

Thanks to IHD, we have our dream kitchen/open concept. There was def no I in team when it came to this project. Big thanks to Mike A, one of the our main contacts throughout the entire process and made sure the area was cleaned up every night as well as put in long nights to get to a good stopping point. Big shout out to the electricians Nick and Denver, lights look great and the outlets are well placed throughout. I want to thank Denver for coming out and adding that second outlet in the island after he finished up on another job. Thanks man. Thanks to Chris, Danny, Jesse James, for all the work you put in from the demo to finished product, taking care of some punchlist items, stairs etc… Jamie, thanks for all the magic you did with the plumbing, everything works great. Thanks to Mike Evans and Jessie Wilson for tying in the sink yesterday, and Eddie and Elias for coming in and finishing the backsplash late last night. Granite Galleria came in set the counters finished in a matter of hours. This was by far the best company I have ever worked with, great group of guys and gals working for em, and I look forward to many more bigger projects. Integrated Home Design Integrated Home Design sent Michael's team to my house to remodel my kitchen. Michael and his team Danny, Nick, and Denver were very personable in explaining the why and what to be expected in every stage of the project. Once the existing wall was removed, they put plastic to prevent the dust from becoming a major problem. My wood floors were covered to prevent damage. Their consideration of my family during the mess of construction is gratefully appreciated. At end of every day gathered their tools and equipment into the work area and then they cleaned up their mess to include sweeping and mopping. They were professional every step of the way. They showed up when expected, clean and ready to work. They worked as a team during the day, helping each other when needed. While the start of my project was delayed due supply problem, Integrated was true to its word that they wouldn't start the job until everything that was needed was in warehouse. This prevented down days. From start to finish Michael's team not only worked together to get my job done, but it was also a priority. I Like the way the coordinated with other trades like plumbing and electricians. When Jamie the plumber, everything ready for him to complete his part of the job. I have no problem with giving them 5 Stars and would use Integrated Home Design again, as well as recommending them to my friends. Kathie K

I was a little concerned at first when my start date was pushed from April until June due to my cabinets not coming in until the end of May, supply chain issue, but once the team at Integrated showed up all my concerns faded. Cody and CJ jumped right in and never stopped until my kitchen was done and it was beautiful! They demoed the kitchen the first day, it's not a big kitchen, but I was amazed at how much they got done. From that day until 9 days later it was amazing how it all came together. Nick and Dallas, the electricians, had the kitchen wired the 2nd day, lights in on the 3rd. Chris showed up and helped with the cabinets, which are built on site and hung. We had added the connecting laundry room floor to our project, which was no problem to them but a challenge to Cody and CJ. They worked hard and figured it out and it is beautiful! When they needed help Kyle would show up. Travis, the project mgr., showed up several days to check on things. The granite from Granite Galleria showed up on Fri. the first week. The 2nd week we had James, the plumber, Fernando patching hardwood floors where a wall was widened and he matched the existing wood perfectly, Marceo putting on tile backsplash and he stayed late to get it all done as well as Cody and CJ a few days. Everyone was professional, cleaned up after themselves and truly cared about the project. The guys even came back a few days after they were done to adjust a couple cabinet doors. We will definitely call Integrated again for our next project and we love our new kitchen, we're not stuck in the 70's anymore!

Almost at the end of a fantastic experience with a kitchen remodel. Signed the contract for this project and of course, during the season of Covid, supply chains were slow, but our project began on October 10...the kitchen demo team was great. We asked for a few things to be salvaged and very carefully they did that, and then the work began! Kyle was the project lead. He managed the team, but they were all so good, they worked at times independently. Chris was such an artist really with the cabinetry finishing. It was amazing how adept he was and meticulous. The flooring guys were from Brazil, so English was their second language. They had an app to translate so we could communicate easily...it was all amazing and comfortable. Very impressive team...from electricians, Nick and Denver, to the team assists, Brad and James, to Chris and Kyle...it was like having family in the house. The thing I loved was that these folks are employed by Integrated...so they are a part of the whole project from beginning to end. Travis, one of the owners was very much involved as well and truly he was so helpful thru the process. When we decided to do this project, I had it planned in my mind, but Travis came to do final measuring and his suggestions tweaked the look and it worked out beautifully. I cannot say enough about their patience, work ethic (on time to arrive and diligence during the work day), and efficiency. Could not have asked for a better group...this team was stellar! Here we are finishing up the project on Nov. 2...not sure many businesses could complete a project of this size in this timely fashion...thank you Integrated team!

We contacted Logan Dxxxx and Travis M in July to get an estimate for a Kitchen and Master Bathroom remodel. From the minute we met him, he was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He was on time for our initial appointment (which is HUGE when dealing with contractors). He came ready to talk about design options, including bringing with him samples to help us envision exactly what we wanted. On site Logan was able to provide an accurate quote, which has been honored without fail throughout the entire project.

Through the entire process, Travis has been able to offer fantastic design suggestions and has kept us involved every step of the way. Working with Integrated Home Design has been a fantastic experience. Every single person on the crew has been professional. Everyone is an expert at their job and offers great suggestions for the best way to handle certain tasks that they are working. The communication from Travis is beyond amazing, if I had a question or concern, I could guarantee that Travis would get back to me within an hour. If it was a question to one of the guys working I had confidence that it was correct and they explained everything that they were doing so that I could understand.

On day one every piece of furniture and flooring was covered to ensure nothing was at risk for damage during the project. At the end of every day the project sites were clean and tidy. The crew has shown up every single day on time and has worked nonstop until the end of the business day. We have seen beautiful progress each and every day. Travis and Logan (the owners) have been on site daily to ensure everything in our contract was being executed not only to our standards but to Integrated Home Design's standards as well.

The craftsmanship and execution of every detail has exceeded our expectations from day one. We could not be happier with the progress in our Kitchen and Owner's Bathroom. We will recommend Integrated Home Design to anyone who is thinking about a home project. This team is hands down the best in Lexington!

Integrated Home Design was hired to remodel a bathroom to make it handicapped accessible. Work began in August and the project is not finished. We hired Integrated Home Design Inc. (aka Integrated Design and Remodeling Inc.) in July to remodel a bathroom to make it handicapped accessible for my husband. The remodel was to include: removing a tub/shower fixture; installing a walk-in shower, including a bench and shower fixture; and installing grab bars, a new toilet, and new flooring. We paid the company $6,182.00 by check when we signed the contract. Work began in August. The newly-installed walk-in shower had to be replaced because one of the walls had a crack in it. Also, when the water was turned on in the shower, water was leaking from a pipe in the wall behind the shower fixture into our basement laundry room below the bathroom. The entire shower surround was replaced, but the leaking pipe was not fixed. The bench that was originally installed was too tall for my husband, so it had to be replaced with a shorter one. In the beginning, we were told that the entire process of remodeling the bathroom would take 1 week. It has been 8 months since work began, and the project is still not completed. We gave Integrated Design another check for $6,252.92 on Oct. 1 for a total of $12,434.92. I have tried to contact one of the owners, [Owner's Name], to schedule dates for completion. I have left messages for him with the receptionist and have not heard back. Meanwhile, my husband has had to deal with the inconvenience of having no shower to use since August.
