Zips moving has caused me $2,700 in damages and counting. See the invoices and broken items attached. If you are considering going with the company, I would highly recommend you go with anyone else. You have options and in hindsight after the damage and stress they caused, I would have paid double to use literally anyone else.

The moving van broke down and they made us jump start it with our two children (both under 3) and two pets in the car. They completely destroyed our brand new floors because the movers were slamming furniture down. They refused to let us put on furniture pads likely because they were rushed due to the delay after the van broke down. They broke my daughter’s Nanit stand and a $700 Restoration Hardware mirror. They wouldn’t unpack my daughter’s bed despite repeated requests and she ended up sleeping on the basement floor that night. When I reached out trying to resolve the issue, they offered me $50.

I’m shocked that they are still in business.

I’ve never experienced any company in any industry act so unprofessionally.

Absolutely fantastic! They were on time, careful, and never stopped working. The whole crew had a pleasant attitude during the move. We had a two-day, two-trip move and it was as good as it gets. I would definitely hire them again.

The movers were amazing! They were really organized, got everything wrapped up fast and loaded. We moved to a third floor unit and they carried all the furniture and boxes up in less than an hour. These guys were super impressive and reasonably priced!

Milos and his crew were amazing. They did a really hard move with a big treadmill up some twisty stairs. They worked super quick and good, making sure not to scratch the walls in the new place that just got painted all over. I would totally tell others to use them and I'll definitely use them again next time.

My crew arrived early, they were very professional and friendly. They helped with items I couldn't reach and followed CDC COVID-19 health and safety rules. Despite an oder in the apartment that made a previous set of movers from a different company refuse to work, the pair sent by Zip was very professional and very fast. I had two drop-off destinations (storage and new residence), and they correctly divided my belongings between the two without needing any corrections from me. I highly recommend them.

Today Zip moved me into a new place - local move only 10 mins away. But I had a lot of stuff and it was incredibly hot. Milos and his crew were outstanding. Not only did they hustle the ENTIRE time, they took great care of my things and were so lovely and hilarious! They kept me laughing during a highly stressful and painful time for me. That can’t be measured in stars!

I never heard of Zip until a recent move I hired them for, so I was a bit surprised at just how good the service was. All of the initial booking and planning with Zip was easy and professionally handled. Any questions I had were met with immediate responses. The three movers they sent to do the actual move were on time, (a little early, even) incredibly fast and efficient, and really friendly people. We enjoyed having them around and they got the move done at least an hour early. Zip was also less expensive than other companies I looked at. Highly recommended.

Moving is always a tough job, but Zip Moving And Storage, Inc. made it a breeze. They took care of everything, from the initial planning with my own personal planner to the actual moving day. The crew, consisting of four energetic guys, was amazing. They knew exactly what they were doing when it came to wrapping, boxing, and stacking in the elevator. I can't recommend Zip Moving enough and I will definitely be using them again in the future. David and Peter, who handle customer service, are the absolute best. They were so accommodating, flexible, honest, and professional. Thank you guys for making this move so simple. You are truly the best!
