I have ordered a cell phone from Zapals and received my phone completely broken! The screen was smashed and cracked in many places. I even paid some extra for rush and safe shipping, but it seems like they used the cheapest shipping company possible. When I asked for a refund they did not reply and they are still ignoring all my messages! What a terrible company to deal with! Avoid at all costs!

    hey bro, you should take photos when you found the cell phone broken and then send them to tell what happened. that is proof to get refund...

    I had ordered a pendrive from Zapals. That was really in very good condition at the time of delivery. In case any product breaks that may be a fault of the courier. The courier staff may not handle that product properly. Zapals customer service is great. They always get ready to help their customers.

Zapals are scamming people now with fake listings #Zapals.com #Zapalsscam advertising one thing and sending other bait and switch

    They send me a faulty product and when i send them a complain, they begin asking for proof, i send them so many pictures again and again, still they didn't satisfied, i made a full 10 minutes video of it and show them everything, still they were making excuses . They gave me enough tension and keep on being stubborn in my case . I am still mailing them for nothing .

    I tried returning something and tried to use their 30 day full money grantee. They refused, when i did get an email they want you to send it to China at your expense and the form states that its up to the manufacture discretion. I have asked and asked but they wont budge. They take a long time to get back to you. The package came from the same country i live in Australia BUT they want to return to China? I told them im not paying for their problem with the manufacturer. Anyway use ebay or amazon much safe and usually truly world class service. NOT these guys - Its a scam when you want to return anything.

    I ordered a brand new cell phone(Order #[protected]), took long to arrive and when i opened the parcel, the phone was slightly used and the sim jack was defective, i made a full 10 min video to show them the defect hens i send it back but it's been 3 months and they said it's still not there so first of all please don't buy anything expensive, it will either take ages to reach there or simply lost . Secondly i purchased a dash cam (Order #[protected]) and i really don't know where is it and now the customer service doesn't reply . I am still waiting for them from the last 3 months . Please be careful when dealing with them, they are selling in USA but they their terms and conditions are Chinese so don't order any expensive items .I will keep on writing reviews until i get my returns .

    I ordered some toys for my grandkids on 11/24 that had "free shipping". After I completed my order they sent me an email stating that they would be notifying me as soon as my items shipped. They took the money out of my account (which should NEVER happen until an item ships!!) on the same day I ordered it. 3 weeks later they still haven't notified me of any of them shipping. These are (were) Christmas presents for my grandkids. I wish to God I had seen this forum before I ordered. Never again Zapals. NEVER. You can stop sending me daily emails of "the great bargain of the day". You could have had a good thing going here, instead you decided to cut corners in all of the wrong places. Customers ALWAYS should come first.

    I ordered a PS4 and paid extra for shipping so I can get it 7-15 business days, it's been over three weeks and I haven't gotten it yet( 17 business days not included Saturday or Sunday).

    Just Now Received that smart watch and i will turn on but didn't turn on.Then connect to charger that is continuously vibrated and display blinking and what thus issue pls help me kindly return and refund or repair it pls i was very worry about its pls kindly help me. Did not use at least 1 time

    I ordered a Nintendo game system with 600 games built in..I haven't received a email or tracking number...I haven't heard anything since I ordered it..But, yet you took the money off my card..it doesn't take over a week to process my order..someone need to get back to me asap or I'll will call the Better Business Bureau..thank you

    They wont refund money..
    I ordered 4 pair of earbuds, they are using Chinese knockoffs with bad sound quality and 1 earbud only works.
    Ordered new ones from apple, no issues.

    I ordered 2 Peek a boo bears for Grand kids. 2 months ago received the early Sept...to turn on you must click on paw...only clicks no action...the other bear the turn on switch was very low in white battery holder you needed a screw driver to turn on. they told me to take pics...How can you when its in the fabric paw.it would have to opened up the paw., .. then they said to take them to an electronic repair center, .they offered $6.00 for repair, or They offered for me to send back...But to China at my expense... I will turn them over to paypal to have them refund my money...this company will never get another order from me...They don't tell you they are from out of the USA. Joan Beck Pennsylvania USA.

    I purchased 2 dog teeth cleaning items designed to clean dog's teeth as they chewed. These were in pieces in 20 minutes. I sent photo and described problem and Zapals said there was no problem. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE OR COOPERATION. AMAZON IS MUCH BETTER. Also items take weeks to arrive as they come from Asia

    AVOID! THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY!
    1) 60 Days havent received my headphones and company doesnt respond to emails
    2) Coincidental could be but after I ordered from here someone took money out of my Monzo Card which I used to pay them in USA while I am in the UK!

    I have tried to email this company and customer service keeps stating they are off line. I also paid extra to have my order shipped earlier. If the order is unavailable, please return my funds to my card. I called my card company and the company was paid from my account.

    I ordered my product on March 14, 2019. It is July 11, 2019 and I still have not received the item. I have sent 2 emails to customer support with no replies. I do not know if it is a scan or what but I lost my money because they refuse to live up to thier contract on sending me what I paid for.
