Zameen.com review: Zameen ace mall refund complaint

I am extremely disappointed with Zameen Ace Mall Islamabad regarding my pending refund after the cancellation of my flat. I submitted all required documents, but despite repeated emails, calls, and follow-ups, my money has still not been returned.

The cancellation was processed, so why is the refund taking so long? Emails are ignored, calls are not answered, and even office visits result only in vague assurances.

I request Zameen senior management to immediately release my outstanding refund and provide a clear payment date. This level of customer service and delay is completely unacceptable.
