Zale Jewelers / Zales.com review: Cheaply made ring broke, will cost more to repair than to buy another one.

- Promise ring purchased for me in August 2019
- Broke literally right through the band only months after buying
- No warrenty--however zales isn't exactly standing by and honoring their shoddy product.
- Brought ring in to be evaluated.
- $101.79 to be fixed but the ring only costed around $80, and I could buy a new one (howveer I dont want to because the quality was so poor.
- Prongs were loose as well from day one.
- I understand it is not an expensive ring, but I have rings from pandora and claires that are cheaper and have had a much longer life. It was clearly a manufacturer issue thus should have been fixed with or without warrenty
- I do not want another ring or a repair. Not this one atleast, unless it is in 100% shape to not bend or break. I do however, have to let you know that I feel as though store credit or a refund should be put in place.
- My boyfriend and I are young, he wanted to buy me something from a credible place with nice items, but we dont exactly want to throw around money only to have something so special break.
