I subscribed to You tube tv using our smart tv and google you tube tv website on November 26, 2022. While viewing our tv, I was instructed to go to my computer and bring up youtubetv.com which I did and submitted credit card information from our financial institution and a one month payment for $68.50 on that day.

I then was charged another $68.50 on November 30th without doing anything. I am 80 years old, my wife is 79 years old, and we live in an assisted living facility as follows:

Recently I have found myself 'shadowbanned' from commenting in youtube livestreams after hitting some unknown trigger conditions. By shadowbanning I mean that all of my communication including direct messages to other users is blocked without any notification to myself that this is happening.

To my knowledge I have never violated youtubes terms of service and if I have, I at least have the right to be informed of this. I can only guess at the reasons this is happening but it looks like certain (random) keywords or discussing certain subjects can make it happen.

Furthermore, decisions of this nature should be left to channel owners and their moderators, not some badly implemented AI that cant even grasp the nuances of human conversation!

I have been trying Unsuccessfully to remove a youtube app that suddenly appeared on all the televisions in my household. While normally, it would not be such a serious issue, but there is no way to block Adult content on the television! The restriction button gets put on, and then it states that this feature cannot block all adult content. Well, this feature doesn't seem to block any adult content. My small grandchildren and my 84 year old father are able to access Porn and other adult content on any television set in my home. I never installed youtube on my television sets, it just appeared one day. I tried to remove it, I called my cable/internet company to try to block it or remove it and they were unable to do so, bc it is not their service, even though it shows access to it on one of their cable channels. There has to be a way for me to have this app removed from my television sets. I even went so far as to sign up for youtube, in hopes that I could sign in on the tv and block it that way, but to no avail. It still has the same bogus restriction button. I am hoping that you will be able to assist me with this, because if you cannot, or refuse to assist me, I will then be forced to go elsewhere for assistance. Thank you for your time, I would really appreciate some assistance in this matter.

My account was targeted by someone using copyright as a way to harass me, I was posting screenshots of messages being sent to me on Facebook messenger, along with screenshots of what was being sent to me of this person hating on me and stalking me. I never once violated any community guidelines and I was not able to appeal the third copyright strike for a video I owned. The person that flagged me AGAIN has been stalking me for years and, causing physical harm and threating physical harm. She's doxed me and uses YouTube and other platforms to cyber bully and harass me. She's been making threats, she's been using YouTube rules against me, while reporting videos that I own and even fall under fair use. I've been unfairly treated by YouTube and it's community by it's complete and lack of protecting me. You've broken your own terms of service and the contract you have with me. She has been able to use social media to come after me. I've been open and honest and posted my own videos.

I don't need day / time to convince you of their incessant advertising. Nearly every vid clip I open if it not Bolt its the next complaint of App: Talk360, advert

Mostly it's impossible to get the advertiser's details or #. I've complained so often, had no satisfaction and by and large have given up. If you receive the feedback why then is it just ignored?

Further, I am not racist but have the right to choose what is presented to me in my personal space. Having a nauseating, squeaky black girl selling something I care less for or a black guy dancing a bestial fandango is not what inspires a good advert. I don't want SA'an adverts!

I of course understand the need to make money through commercials, but your service has become soooo incredibly frustrating with way toooo many commercials! I am so frustrated at this point that I decided to write to you.

Why do you sacrifice your clients satisfaction on the altar of well paying commercials? Must there really be endless commercials in every single video? I really cant stand this constant interruptions any longer!

I am HARASSED HACKED BULLIED 24/7 from these ppl who have several accounts.

During Simple Songs for young children you were promoting drug use with some Rappers smoking weed and getting tats trying to make it look cool and acceptable. This was shown on a kids program: explain. Sending this issue to our Congressmen.

This happened Saturday morning Oct 29 at approximately 6:30am during Halloween Simple Songs.

The commercial was with Rapper Cannon. This is absolutely unacceptable during any childrens or teens program.

There is much to like about the service,the content is second to none, at times though the obvious hysteria against Trump,Republicans, conservatives, and all other frames of thought that don't toe the liberal party line,are so obviously and intentionally crammed down the throats of users as to render the channel unwatchable. If I as the consumer of your service don't like the content then pay me the courtesy of respecting my choices, and tailor the content to my personal preferences . You don't have to agree,but the focused narrative of trying to manipulate content towards liberal values,attempts to marginalize and criminalize traditional conservative values and concepts and attempts to equate traditional American ideals with racism and fascism are not convincing or even close to reality. You know it and the American public knows it.

Go back to the pre 2016 era,when you were less biased,more fair and less demeaning towards clearly half of the public that uses your service. Realize that diversity of thought is what makes us strong as a nation, quit trying to control the narrative, no one cares about your intentional political blindness,towards historical American values,deafness towards the voices of conservatives, and your apparent unwillingness to be open to different realms of thought.

Tony dodge has been called out for things that he put on his show all American dream chaser and since has bullied his own moderators and followers who only try to ask him legitimate questions on what was seen on his live view of his messages. The guest on the show only mentioned getting the Covid 19 shot and the reactions from the shot, which is her own personal opinion, same as before a few days prior to this strike. Someone mentioned their own personal experience with Covid-19 and/ or quoted a news article that does not constitute an act of "medical misinformation". Youtube is targeting and profiling anyone that says the words COVID-19. Secondly, youtube is practicing a form of bullying people not to use COVID-19 in a conversation period or openly express an opinion about COVID-19. Youtube is violating the rights to freedom of speech, constitutional rights can not be waived or taken from United States citizens or anyone under no circumstances not even Youtube has the power to supersede the U.S. Constitution. Futhhermore, WHO COVID-19 Guidance has changed since year 2020. My channel has been wrongfully taken down for 1 week which has effected my income by 30% as of today. It's weird, and irritating. It's the same male voice played over a myriad of snake oil ads that claim to cure prostate cancer, or belly fat and even re-grow teeth. As a de-facto, if not proper international broadcasting business, you have a duty of care to your audience, especially when it comes to ad income content. It's totally fake, false, misleading, and irresponsible. Try using AH. Actual Humans. Duh.

And yes, the proliferation in the number of ads is turning people off.

My YT channel dedicated to El Yunque rainforest photography etc was hacked for use in a crypto scam (now it says FTX[US]) around May 1 2022 and have been unable to get YT to respond and restore it.

It had over 7K followers and 200K hours of views. They used session-hacking via an email (Earthlock promo) that offered to pay for ads in the channel. Attached is the virus details - got too late from Bitdefender.

The Channel name was:

But the structure of the channel is lost and needs a full restore from YT.

I tried many suggested options but none comes close to fixing it.

Tried communications with 'send feedback' and other YT partner's communications but this company is totally unresponsive.

The first strike was also later appealed. This is just an update. Of the pervious complaint.

This first video was striked over three years ago. At that time there were several other channels that had uploaded it. One had it for eight years at that time. At least parts of it are still up on other channels.

But for some reason after only a few weeks I got a strike. Though my title was different from the others it was fitting. And it was basically, the same material.

I thought you couldn't squeeze blood out of a turnup but this company has found a way to do. By showing way more comurcials like every minute or two. I no longer can enjoy watching movies or anything else. This channel as well as other's. Forcing this on us every day is to me, mental cruelty. I am really thinking about just selling both my TV's. And to top it off, these multi-million dollar or billions, want us the cunsummers to pay otherwise,(Greed) to not see the comurcials and getting away with it.
