[Resolved] Yoins — terrible service
My order never arrived. Tried to phone them, but they are always unavailable. It's been more than 2 months since I placed the order. The only email I got from them contained an information about confirmation. That's all.
I spent about one hundred dollars on the items and I would like to get them or to refund.
I desperately want them to reply. It's simply horrible
Customer Service has done everything in their power to resolve the complaint. All attempts to contact the customer have failed. Therefore, the complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and its services are concerned.
