YES! Communities manager/tyrant

Do not move here. The manager is a tyrant. You can't fix your car in your own driveway. Your kids can't ride bikes/skateboards in the streets or even have toys in the yard. You can't let your cat outside or she chases it around and tries to haul it off if she catches it. If your grass gets any taller than 4 inches you get a letter giving you until...
