I started working there a few weeks ago
I started working there a few weeks ago. Then, out of the blue, there was a death in my family and I had to rush back to my hometown pronto. When I quit my job, I asked for my paycheck right away, but they said I'd get it on payday, which was October 15th. Well, it's the 20th now and I still haven't gotten my check. I've tried calling *** and *** about this issue, and I've left them voicemails and emails, but they've been ignoring me.

We called for a taxi ride at 2:55 pm, to the airport on 9/17. We scheduled to be picked up at 4:30 pm. Our flight was leaving at 6:15 pm. Around 4:45 pm they never arrived. We called the office back, they told us to call back if no taxi arrived shortly. We called back after another 10 minute wait. The lady in the office told us they still had no driver to pick us up, and we should call back shortly. By now it is 5:15 pm, and still no call to confirm they had a driver. We ended up asking different neighbors for a ride to the airport. At 7:30 pm I had a missed call on my phone from AAA/Yellow Cab, which by then we were in the air. Is Lyft or Uber a better way to get to the airport? Thanks
Disgusting service and driver
Disgusting service and driver. Don't use this company. Zero rating. Cab number *** Phoenix. From a bad experience before, I always ask the driver if the credit card machine works before I get in the taxi. I do this all the time. The answer this time was yes (like it usually is), but I need to check because I don't have cash or use ATMs. Halfway through the 30-minute $57 ride, the driver tells me the machine doesn't work because it didn't work earlier for another customer. I reminded him that he told me it worked when I got in the car, so why the change? He raised his voice a few times and said it's not a big deal and he'll take me to an ATM. I told him it was a big deal to me and he shouldn't have said it worked when I got in the car. I asked if we could try the machine when we get to my home. Again, with a raised voice, he asked why we would do that and then have to find an ATM since it doesn't work. He insisted angrily that I go get cash from an ATM. It was late at night on a highway, so I didn't have any other options. After he took me to a Circle-K station to get cash, he started singing in the car about having pizza and chicken wings for dinner, over and over again. He asked me if I liked pizza, obviously. I was absolutely furious and didn't answer, so he answered for me, saying yes, I like pizza, and kept talking to himself. If that wasn't terrible enough, he then drove me to the wrong address, 3 miles away from the address I gave him. Absolutely unprofessional, shocking service, outrageous behavior, dishonest and disgusting driver.

The Cab driver grabbed my laptop and dropped it. My tablet screen was shattered.
We arrived to Sky Harbor on 12/21. We went to the taxi driver stand and no one was there (typically there is someone sitting that gives us a card and writes the cab number on the card). It was ~8pm. Cab driver of Cab #230 grabbed my backpack from me and accidentally dropped it. Another Cab driver made a noise and asked what was in it. I said my laptop. Cab driver #230 grabbed it and put it in the trunk. I didn't realize it until the next day that my laptop was fine, but my tablet screen was shattered.
The job number was #268329.
I called and talked to multiple people and was told that I had to contact Sky Harbor risk management. After the holidays, I received a call back and was told to make a complaint here.
Claimed loss: My tablet screen replacement cost $212.31. I have the invoice and a picture of the broken screen.
Desired outcome: I would like reimbursement for the tablet screen replacement.
