Yanwenpackage returned to sender

I had a package that i wasn't notified of it was available at my post office and was send back to the sender. your tracking claims it is availble for pickup by sender. but they haven't done that so and they don't want to pay me back because it was availble for me for pickup, but they don't notice that it is send back to them and isn't deliverd to them specificly. Is there a way you could send the package back to me so I could still get it?
