WyzAnt review: Scam or incompetent?

I went through their application process to be a tutor. I've taught college science for over ten years, with glowing reviews. They rejected me because I supposedly wasn't "a permanent resident of the U.S." I've been an American citizen since birth and a resident of Washington State since 1992.

Especially irritating was the fact that I passed all their laborious quizzes to establish expertise. If they're going to go through their broken "vetting" process, they should do it before they have their clients waste so much time.
