I applied for my child's school. However, after I paid the application fee, it stated that I applied for a grant. Facts won't refund $***.

Facts was takin' out a regular ach payment and charged me a fee 'cause they said the payment got returned. But I had the money in the bank that same day, ya know? I set the payment to go through on the 6th, and it started processin' like it should. Right before the end of the day, I added the fees to my bank account, thinkin' everything would be fine. But nope, Facts still took my payment and slapped me with a fee for returnin' the item. And on top of that, my bank charged me an extra expense too. I talked to the bank, and they said the money was there, but Facts has this system that needs IMMEDIATE processin' (which didn't show up in the bank system all day, mind you!). They only canceled the processin' fee when the money was finally available. I even called Facts, and they confirmed all this, but they flat out refused to give me back the fee they charged for returnin' the item.

I thought I had to do the money help application for my son to go to a fancy high school. But that school didn't pick my son. So, I talked to Facts and told them the school didn't pick my son. They asked me which school did pick my son before. That school used to have an account with FACTS, but not anymore. They sent me to another website and I had to pay more money. I don't have money to waste like that. I didn't get any service, so I want my money back. Like I said, the school I applied to didn't accept my child, so they didn't do any money help for him. The other school doesn't use their services, so I didn't get anything for my money.

My kids go to xyz private school and they use the FACTS payment system for tuition and fees. They say they'll bill me on 09/06, but they start processing it a few days before they take the money from my bank. I can't stop or change it once they start. Today is 09/02, a few days before the bill is due. I don't have money in this account right now, but I have it in another bank account. I tried to change the bank account on the FACTS website, but it didn't work. I contacted FACTS and they said it was too late to make the change. They couldn't do it either, so now I got hit with a fee for not having enough money in my bank and FACTS also charged me for not having enough funds. I talked to my bank and asked them to reject the payment to FACTS. I'll also pay the school with a check. *** I want them to fix this and not charge me for not having enough money in my account. They should only take the payment when it's due, like when you buy something at a grocery store.

FACTS management is the company that collects payments for my two kids' tuition for *** School. The problem is that for YEARS they have also operated as a bank collecting fees of $*** to $*** for declined payments on debits that are auto setup by the school. The problem I have is to date they have collected *** in fees that could have went towards the payments for tuition. More recently, this year I made a $*** payment and $*** of this went towards fees. ***. The agency insists that it is my students schools *** that makes them charge these fees, If THEY ARE NOT A BANK HOW IS THIS LEGAL? I completely understand a returned fee from my bank BUT the company who only job is to mange my payments made to the school. I also have requested later payments dates and this is also no more than a few days out. I feel this is fraudulent activity and should be stopped I am also asking EVERY FEE that has EVER been charged be reversed also EVERY PAYMENT TOWARD fees be credited to the institution of *** School or back to the original payment method. This is basically a fraud to charge parents to PAY THEIR FEES THROUGH THEM. I along with MILLIONS *** have to use this system or pay in full. As stated I am on the *** and instead of having a chance at a better education I am now worried about the *** fees ***. There has to be a way that the institution and FACTS management can have a program that only has fees charged for actual costs. Also any parent who receives any type of scholarship, grant, funding not be charged BANK FEES BY AN INSTITUTION THAT IS NOT A BANK. I THINK ALSO THIS IS ILLEGAL.
