Miss leading
Called Wyndham desk line requesting stay at Dalhart Microtel Wyndham hotel. Requested 2 queens, 1st floor with pet NO Carpet. Agent said that Microtel had carpeting told him no that won’t work ( since previous night urine smell room) told him we’ll try elsewhere, but he said he had access to look for our request with another hotel.
