Scented Monkey review: This seller doesn't return my money back

I have ordered cosmetics and some other supplements from the company www.scentedmonkey.com. I didn’t get it, because the seller turned to be liar and thief. He didn’t send my order and lied to me within several weeks. When I finally asked to return my money back, he told me that the whole sum would be refused within 10 working days. Nothing was returned. I have no idea what to do now.
