www.jackpotjoy.comUnable to cash winnings £450. from Roulette

I have had trouble with '' or 'profiable play' its other name, I traded £30. and got £30. 'GBP' free as a bonus.
I tried some gambling, then settled on the 'roulette' wheel for 4 hours or so, I gained £450. GBP (real money)
I then tried to cash some of it, a message said I had to spend £265.00 GBP before I could withdraw any money, so I played on, I then tried to cash left overs of £100.GBP to which the message still said I had to spend £265.00 GBP?
This is a big scam its very unfortunate. I won that money fair and square.

    Hi Duncan,

As with all online casinos, there are terms and conditions that are associated with our bonuses. These are always made available when you are offered a bonus and you always have the option to decline the bonus.

All bonuses will have a wagering requirement, this means you will need to bet a certain amount before you can withdraw. When you place a bet on any qualifying game, your wagering requirement will reduce by the bet amount, win or lose. The terms of our bonus state a list of games that are not included in the wagering requirement and Roulette is one of the excluded games. (see term 4.5 of our terms and conditions)

Our customer support team will be in touch to discuss this further with you. Alternatively you can contact our dedicated 24 hour Customer Support team by calling [protected] or emailing [email protected] and they will be happy to help.

I won 3000 pounds in JPJoy's roulette. I kept on playing and eventually lost everything. I was playing on betting on red and black. I won up to 3000 and kept on playing slowly. Suddenly the roulette decided that every colour that I bet on, the result was the opposite colour. I tested betting on RED all the way, and yup, the roulette's outcome was exactly the opposite for the next 20 times I bet on that colour. I have tested in on RED and BLACK. I have also tested it on alternate colour and the outcome also goes alternate.

If it is not fixed, how would that result be like that?

  • I've had problems trying to withdraw winnings - not a great amount - less than £100 but they wont let me withdraw without sending proof of my idenity - e.g. bank statement, driving licence, etc, etc.

They're happy to take your money but try to find every excuse not to pay out. I wouldn't recomment jackpotjoy to anyone.

I won £750 in bejeweled blitz linked game bingo then i went on a slot game and 1st spin i won £125. while registering i put in a made up name that i use in quite a few forums and because of that they are refusing to let me withdraw my £875 winnings. They said they will give all the deposits Ive made, which is only £120. It's not fair. they accepted my visa debit quite happily and I have sent them a message saying i will send passport ect to prove it's me playing. heard nothing back yet and it doesn't look hopeful...
