wunder girl panties
I purchased a size 8 package of wunder girl panties for my daughter on 02/27/2022. When we went to open them for her to use, I found that out of the 10 pack none of them were a size 8. The largest size in the package was a size 6, and the other pairs were all smaller My daughter was very excited seeing the design on the package and getting something new. But she could not understand why none of them were her size. Two pair look like they did not even belong in the package their label said scooby doo.-
Desired outcome: Please refund, and I would like to know that the products will be better packaged for other customers. Please respond as to how a 10 pack of one size item can have every size but the size listed on the pack?

My checking account was debited early Feb for an order I did NOT receive, tracking it, it said it was delivered, but I didnt get it. I sent a message to your customer service last weeki and said another would be sent; however, as of this date (Feb 28) I havenot received it and I didn't get a tracking number to check on it. unethical behavior
I had placed and order on the 9th of January 2018, but didnt receive a tracking number up to a week later, after I emailed asking for one. the tracking number was invalid and when contacted again via email, they told me that I should pick it up from a post office!
I paid extra for it to be sent to my location, in Dubai! and I emailed again mentioning that, but still no response.
I find that unethical, getting paid for a product and a service but receiving neither. I am very disappointed

cheating customers
I received a confirmation about shipping in May. It's now August. Where's my order? I contacted customer service and was said to confirm my address. Who knows why. But I did what they wanted. And that was the last thing I heard from them. I've sent 4 or 5 emails hoping to get their help and still there's no reply whatsoever. Looks like I was simply cheated...
I have sent several emails and responses regarding my order that has taken almost 3 months to be delivered. I have yet to receive my product or any kind of response from customer service.
