9 Packages were entered through the WorldWide Express Group website to ship overnight with UPS. All nine packages were thought lost and then found the and shipped out but all 9 packages were delivered 1 day late (not overnight). I filed a claim regarding the 9 packages though WorldWide Speed Ship website and received a claim number C-[protected]. Now the company does not want to give Liberty Transportation credit on our invoice number 960301W630163 for the 9 packages that were NOT delivered overnight. Liberty feels it should not be charged the overnight fee, only the 2 day delivery fee. I have been speaking with Josh Shugard but he just states he can't find my claim number. Attached is the invoice we were sent for the 9 overnight packages that never were received overnight.
