This site is a scam! I joined www.wgt.com and started the game. At the beginning there was a tutorial ho to play the game and when I finished it I was told that I have to pay money to continue the game! This game is not free, beware! I never wasted my money on games, so I decided to quit. There is nowhere told that this world golf tour costs money! When you join this site you have to rent those holes and pay some money for each 9 holes. Ridiculous. Don't waste your money and time here!
problems with navigation
I was playing the game on the website www.wgt.com within 3 weeks. But I was disappointed in it. It was difficult to navigate and the ball didn’t fall to the lunule. I tried to be careful and wasted a lot of time, when I played, but it was impossible to get where you needed. I stopped to play, because I didn’t get the necessary score and my time finished on this website. Terrible website and game.

This claim is full of crap! I just don't know where the hell the OP got that info but it is not true at all. The game is totally FREE to play unless you purchase some of the equipment from the pro shop and it's entirely up to you whether you want to buy or not, nobody's forcing you.
