Woolworths Tumut review: Extremely rude worker

The service desk/ self serve assistant Jan I'm pretty sure her name is (short, short dark hair, wears glasses) is the most rude person I have ever met in any Woolworths I've been to. My mum and I are regulars to Woolworths in tumut, most of the other ladies know my mum and are lovely but this lady is horrible! She doesn't greet you when you get served by her, she once told my partner and I we weren't allowed to have a bag because we didn't have enough items so we had to struggle to the car with our shopping. She accused my mum of not scanning grapes and just putting them in the bagging area because it kept saying unexpected item in the bagging area and instead of checking it she just said that she didn't pay for the grapes until another lady came over, saw my mum had in fact paid for them and fixed it straight away. If you need something from the smoke counter and she is bending down filling something she won't greet you or even get up to serve you she just says 'what do you want' while still doing what she is doing. I'm really really unhappy with the service from her. Being a customer service rep myself, I know what's required in that area and she doesn't have it. There has not been one single day I've been there where she has been nice and polite. Like I said, my mum and I are regulars to Woolworths and if she continues to be so rude and ignorant, we won't be shopping at Woolworths anymore.
