Wonder Bread review: Bring back original wonder bread

After Interstate Bakeries sold Wonder Bread to Flower Foods in 2012 I've tried it several times and was always disappointed. Today we bought sliced ham at the store and I thought I'd give it another shot. Nothing better than a ham sandwich with soft Wonder Bread and mayo... yummm. Not to be - it's the same course, hard, off-white bread (like stale bread) that it has been since the ownership change. Was there a reason for the recipe change?
