My 93 year old mom's bill. Trying to get this bill paid in full. Customer service makes sure it never get paid in full so they can keep charging a 30.00 late fee on a 2.99 fee they charge for the statement. I have called and called but somehow never give me the full pay off. So more late fees. I had to go in and get this taken care of after several calls. They rip off elderly customer that miss it. Never use this Woman Within credit card. The statement says 35.99, but to get it paid again costing 38.99. What a rip off. I have now closed my own account after seeing this treatment of elderly. I Tell everyone a speak with about this also.

Recommendation: Never use this card. The customer service is no help at all. Work it so it is never paid in full.
