Valley Heating & Cooling is great! We had an emergncy call on a Sunday. The guy was professional and knew what he was doing. He called to give us an idea of when he would arrive. He was on time. He got to work and had our air working in no time. Valley Heating & Cooling is a great company with good and professional workers.

Adam is a great tech. He knows his stuff and is super nice. He told me what needed to be done and did it fast. He also talked about how to keep things working good. I called Valley Heating and Cooling at 8:15 and Adam came at 9:40. I will always use them. Thanks for the good and fast help.

Valley Heating & Cooling came to put in a new heat pump and duct system on 01/15. Two young guys came to do the job and it took them a whole week. They didn't do what I asked and put the unit on the ground instead of on a pad at or above ground level. This caused the duct work to be on the ground. When I went under the house to check the rest of the work, I saw that the return duct work was also on the ground and the feed lines were drooping down. The return vent under the house was leaking badly and there was a big hole in the return box inside the house where you could see the ground. They sent a supervisor out and he said that they did a bad job and would fix it. They sent the same guys back for two days, but it still wasn't fixed. They haven't followed up or called since. All I want is for them to finish it right!

I had to buy a new air-conditioning unit from Valley Heating & Cooling. But it didn't work properly, so I had to call the repairman. He said the unit was low on Freon and had a leak. He put dye in with the Freon so that he'd be able to tell, he said, and said the Freon should last six weeks or so. He said to call them back if we had any other problems. When I came back home, I set the thermostat higher when I am away. It was 75 degrees in the house. I turned it down to 70. It did not lower the temperature until late into the night last night. With our prior unit, it would always keep the temperature inside the house at whatever I set it on. This morning I called Valley Heating and Cooling. The man I spoke to told me that, with as hot as it was, the unit was, basically, "doing all it could do". This is a brand new, $10,000 unit. I told him that our previous unit never had that problem. He dismissed what I was trying to tell him and became argumentative. He inferred that what I was saying was not true (though he never said this outright). It seems the new unit is either defective or is inferior to the one we had before. He even said that not all units worked as well as the one we had before, after I insisted that it had always kept the temperature inside the house at whatever setting I set the thermostat to. I want either a new unit installed, one not defective, and one just as good as the one we had previously, or else I want a full refund so that we can take our business elsewhere. And I prefer to do business with a place where the employees don't argue with me and try to convince me that the way a product formerly worked isn't how it really worked.
