WMGB Home Improvement All their staff are very courteous and friendly!

All their staff are very courteous and friendly! They handle all situations very professionally. From the estimate to the installation all hands on workers where very nice. Their installers went above and beyond and made sure everything was done to perfection. I can't wait to use this company again

WMGB Home Improvement William was my installer

William was my installer. He did a fantastic job. He was clean, efficient and very good at communication. He went out of his way to keep me informed and to ensure that I was happy with his work. I highly recommend that if you order a glass block window install, you request William as your installer. He treats your home as if it were his own.

We had a grand experience working with the team. Cam did the installation and went the extra mile to get the work finished well. He explained the process thoroughly to us, let us know about the surprises he encountered in replacing the very old windows, cleaned up the debris well, and finished all in about half a day. The new windows look just great. Thanks!

Replaced one block in basement window. The interaction with customer service got us scheduled and was very kind and helpful during this process. Cameron, our Glass Block replacement installer, worked very hard in the rain outdoors and did an excellent job with the installation and clean-up inside the basement. Great customer service from beginning to finish. The representative in customer service was very kind, professional, and personable. Great experience with an awesome company.

arrived as scheduled to install glass blocks in my basement. the project was completed the same day. The final cost of the project was as quoted. I'm satisfied with the results and would recommend *** in the future.

We had a grand experience working with WMGB Home Improvement. Cam did the installation and went the extra mile to get the work finished well. WMGB Home Improvement Excellent customer service from start to finish!

Excellent customer service from start to finish! Truly appreciated the courteous, prompt and detailed communication from both Dave and Kirstin regarding the quote and appointment. Our installer, Wyatt, was friendly and did great work installing our glass block. Looks beautiful! Thank you to everyone. We will definitely use WMGB again for any future home improvement projects.

I had an estimate done which was sent to me by Dave on 10/1. On 10/4 I received my contract via email. I called and spoke to Kirstin who took my down payment and scheduled my appointment for 11/5 @ 8am. Today was my appointment for installation. I called just after 8am and again spoke to Kirstin who confirmed my appointment, said that the window of arrival is 8am-10am. She confirmed that the tech would arrive closer to 10am due to his scheduling with his children. Ten o'clock rolls around and the tech is a no call no show. I called the office and spoke to Arlene who was now telling me that my appointment was for this afternoon. Told her that I called this morning and confirmed with Kirstin the arrival time. Told Arlene I wanted a call back in 30 minutes as this is not acceptable. I received a call back which was missed. I called the office and again spoke to Kirstin who said they were not able to get a hold of the tech. I asked her to explain to me why it went from having this appointment that was scheduled several weeks ago, confirmed this morning, and now I'm being told that there was some sort of mix up. How hard is it to manage a calendar? She then tried to tell me that she did not "refresh" her calendar (THIS IS THE BIGGEST LIE I HAVE EVER HEARD FROM A COMPANY!). Told her I find that hard to believe when again, this was scheduled back in October! I wanted to speak to someone else as her sarcastic tone was not appreciated and she was simply upset because I was not willing to accept the line of crap she was trying to feed me! I was transferred to Arlene again. When I asked for the Manager, I was told Kirstin was the Manager. WOW! This company is completely unprofessional. Zero accountability and zero remorse for their inability to manage their techs. Any company incapable of managing a calendar and has no issue wasting a person's valuable time, that company deserves nothing in my book! I asked for a refund!

WMGB Home Improvement Everyone at WMGB did an excellent job for us

Everyone at WMGB did an excellent job for us. From the initial consultation to the finished product, we were impressed with the professionalism and skill of the entire team. If you are having glass block windows or an egress window/well installed, don't bother shopping around. I had three quotes done from other companies and WMGB beat all of their quotes and they are the most experienced installers. Thank you to the entire team!

We had two basement windows installed by William and were so happy with the windows and especially William. He communicated with me during the whole install. So refreshing to have such a friendly, professional and courteous contractor who shows he really cares about his customer. The process with WMGB Home Improvement was exceptional from start to finish. Highly recommend this company. I was also very pleased to see William and WMGB took Covid precautions.

Cameron, our Glass Block replacement installer worked very hard in the rain outdoors and did an excellent job with the installation and clean-up inside the basement. WMGB Home Improvement WMGB gave me a virtual quote while we were quarantined

WMGB gave me a virtual quote while we were quarantined. Then when the installation happened our installer Zeke, was super respectful of social distancing and wore a mask and gloves. Besides the final product being absolutely amazing, Zeke took care to clean up any mess in the basement and he also tried to be careful with my landscaping. After the job was done, Tracy called to check on me and see if I was satisfied. I would personally recommend WMGB for any of their services and will use them again.
