i 've ordered 3 products in wish app through phone . but it's not showing in the order history and also money is deducted from the account . wish customer support people are not responding with the details . I 've only one account I 've in wish. i also mentioned the order id and other details to them . they 're not tracking the package also not responding to my emails properly. please assist.

    Alicia Myburgh... I placed my first order, without doing my homework... my grandson told me about this site about two weeks ago. I am now extremely worried. They have asked me to "rate" them. How can I, when I am still waiting for my order to arrive... from lots of places. I live in Gordon's Bay, Cape Town, South Africa.
