The egregiousness of this company is astounding. Not only do I not request refunds and get them anyway, but I'm not allowed to update my card? Seriously, Wish? Coupled with extremely poor to no customer service, which is typical for a marriage between California and China, and no way to contact them to speak TO A REAL PERSON, it's safe to say that y'all might as well just dump the entire company and be done with it. (Except for the fact that they like to take our money.) At any rate, I'm unsatisfied and irritated.

First the lock out over a dispute is ridiculous. I ordered a gazebo and the merchant didn't have one and I waited for a while and noticed it still hadn't been processed. I contacted support and they replied that they could get another merchant to supply one at no extra cost to me so I agreed. Noticed after a while it was not getting processed also so reached out to Wish again and I was informed no-one had any and I agreed to the refund. Waited and didn't go thru got back on to Wish several times and kept getting the same reply it was refunded and it should appear in your account in 14 days. At which point I waited a month for no refund. Rang my bank and had to submit proof of purchase and refund. I sent thru every interaction I had with Wish and so my bank honored the refund and now they want Wish to reimburse the bank. Now because of the lock out I cannot get thru to support on my app instead I've been jumping thru hoops to get onto support. Every way I turn I get a msg screen saying There is a problem with your username plz go to payment/support page. And it asks to send photo Id which I've done numerous times and keeps sending me to the problem with username again. When I sometimes can get in thru other avenues they send all these different alternatives to get my account open which don't work. Im so over being ignored I purchased a green Kuppet cakemixer @ 94% off for $26.38+ $14 delivery and$3.77 gst. Now what i got delivered is a $3.85 whisk and there's no way in hell I'm paying over $40 for it. The app has changed and my invoice changed to the whisk. I cant open the app it comes up error plz try again. My search of the other listings of the cake mixer are gone.
I have several refunds to be received and I don't have any bank details on my Wish account for them to go back into Wish have told me my bank and Wish accounts don't match. So how did they take my loan payments.
The whole thing makes me sick.

I put in an order jan 5th 2021. it was for 1 pair of shoes. they took out of my debit card for two pair of the same shoe. There was also some car
floor matts. They said they were out of them . 79cents. I would like a refund for the pair I did not order. I tried their phone number. It said no phone help at this time. I tried writing an email. they answered but no resolve. There email would not come up when I tried everything, saying customer service. To no avail. Hi yesterday afternoon Thursday 7 th Jan I placed an order in error in mins I realised that it was the whole basket I purchased and not just the 1 item I since then have contacted wish several times and they refuse to cancel this was a lot of money and has left me in financial distress with nothing to pay bills and the bank please can u help?

Would like the monthly deductions stopped.

I have been having issues with wish.Com. There is no way to speak to somebody over the phone, and i can not email them about the orders im missing because they do not show up any where. I have ordered multilpule hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise over the last couple years. I had not had any issues until the last 6 to 9 months. One order was over a hundred dollars and consisted of several different items, what i recieved was two pieces of clothing. Upon going back to the store it was sent to i was told that was the right package they gave me and to contact wish. Upon contacting wish i was told my items were delivered and that my issue was solved. Nothing was solved and i cant even talk to anyone about it. This company is committing theft and fraud to the fullest. I have had issues with almost every order since that one. I will never order from them again, and they should not be allowed to opperate like this in the united states of america. It should be ileagal. Due to the fact that they have removed several of my missing orders i cannot calculate the amount of money i have lost. I know that the order i mentioned was about $117, so im sure i have lost over 200 as of recently.

I ordered pump on 12/10/2020 got it and it is broke box was dented do not know if it was that. Not sure if this is right account. I buy a lot of stuff keep a log. But they put a shipping sticker on other paper. So I went by price invoice # is 5fd179bocfoe3a0058ec7815 need new one. Or money back

I only did refunds for items broken or not received, they won't answer me with anything useful, have completely blocked me from buying anything and have stolen 130$ plus in US currency. Please help me.

Try to get my from that was never to me. Amount was $19.34. Order was made on around Oct-7-20 money was take out on Oct-8-20. But so far I have not receipt order. Need my money or my order the items are: 2"wide belt its brown & about 8 to 10 face masks with spiritual writing, This the second or three time that send a requested for my or my order

I had ordered a 64 slots wooden challenge coin display box, when it showed up at the house it was only wrapped in clear plastic wrap, no bubble wrap and no box. It was chipped and the lid was broken off. Trying to communicate with Wish was next to Impossible. But when I finally did, they wanted pictures. I told them that my parents who are in their mid 80s live in Santa Clara County, and are on strict covid-19 quarantine and they don't have a cell phone, but they were willing to pay to have the item sent back for reference. Wish did not care, and my parents (who live out-of-state from myself) had to go out of their house to get film developed in order to provide the pictures, literally risking their lives.

I wait over a bloody month for packages from wish. Com and I finally get them and I receive nothing in the jiffy bag sent to me what the [censored]ing cowboy operation is this. I'm a first time customer in the UK and I am gutted I wasted time and money on these daylight robbers highwaymen charletens, fraudsters, crooks. I have two more parcels coming these better turn up.

I probably hit something on my phone incorrectly. They canceled the order and said the refund would be back on my card within (14) days . This transaction was done on November 27, 2020. I ordered a laptop at a great price on Wish.com on November 24, 2020. What arrived today, January 2, 2021 was a MOUSE. Clear and straightforward fraud. The laptop was supposed to be a Christmas gift and now I have to suffer the embarrassment of telling the intended recipient of the laptop what happened. Wish.com offers no recourse unless an order was NOT DELIVERED. Well, the order was delivered, but not the correct product.

I've order some things from since October 2020 and its now January 1st some items havent been received yet and its already been paid for i cant even get to my History order to contact support because it will NOT load, get your support together or refund all of my items!

i have been a loyal wish shopper for years and never had any issues...i recently noticed i was no longer receiving my orders and checked the tracking info on all the orders i had been placing...almost all of my packages said they were already delivered but to an address in california that i have never heard of...the rest of my orders that have not yet been delivered are also on the way to that same address..when i went in my wish account to see what my shipping address was listed as my actual address was there along with this random california address that i have never seen or heard of before...i don't know what to do about all of my orders...i want them delivered to my actual address or my money back because this is completely unacceptable
