I have sent info several times through email and keep telling me not received. They want I'D and bank statement and every time gave it to more that 6 agents. I then got upset and mailed to headquarters and no response. I usually buy almost 4 times monthly or more depending on status. So they are losing out of money by not reopening my account. Lets get this resolved ASAp please? Thanks for your time and concern
