My order went through and was paid on Nov. 25th. There are always funds in my account, so that could not have been a issue. My bank account card, credit card, recently has been changed. Maybe that was the issue, but I was never notified if it was and I really wanted that order that you refunded on Nov. 29th. Please let me know if I can still get my order and if you need information.
