I purchased a leather handbags that on close inspection showed pieces of the leather missing along the boundary edges. I notified wish and to two separate sets of pictures for them. I was in the middle of a refund when my cell phone died and cut off the process. When I went back to complete the refund my purchase was deleted from my purchase history. I have had many emails with wish about this problem they and they send me to a website that shows purchase history from which mine was deleted. I have since turned this over to PayPal for resolution. You never get to talk to a person. If your chat is cut off it seems your whole conversation is gone. Lori J bush

I shopping at wish before and don't understand what's up with wish? I will never order again with all the distraction you causing me. I would have liked to order more how ever you making it too difficult. I you don't want my order refund me my entire order and i would not purchase from WISH or unblocked my account and let me order? I have completely complied with your demand if not complying to me the customer demand

I ordered two items from WISH.com. totaling 65.54. Black Friday. I logged into my account today to see where my items are and still says processing order. Also asked me for a picture of my drivers license (I sent it. Stupid me). Now supposedly my account is not restricted and I will get my order someday. E-mailed customer service but they are not answering my questions. Why would you want a picture of the back and front of my license? What do you do with that information? My daughter orders from you all the time and you have never asked for her personal info. Waiting for an honest answer from a real person please. I haven't received anything aI ordered and it's already paid for if I don't get it soon I'm wondering if Wish isn't real can't get a hold of anyone to find out what is going on not sure when my back Supporter is coming and stuff that they said I got and just paid shipping 2 items which was a top and leggings

Every Christmas wish is saying I canceled my items and I dont have to go out and shop plus got them at a discounted price and I need them being on a fixed income. That's false advertisement I wanted that order. How do I go about getting that order resubmitted before Christmas? I also want to know how do I let them know to stop canceling my order without my permission?

I bought what was supposed to be a Robovac, a vacuum cleaner robot. The picture and the description looked good, the price was right. I was going to give it a try. What was shipped was something that looked like a toy plastic disc, a small disc with a hole in the bottom to put batteries. No cover for the batteries and the battery doesn't fit. And it doesn't work at all. I wouldn't even buy it in a Dollar Store. I contacted the wish customer service and they told me a have to pay to ship it back. I will NEVER buy anything from them. Unacceptable.

I'm not complaining about the product, but I've been waiting since September for my goods and when I go to follow up it says wait 30 days and if it doesn't arrive submit again... now that it's going so close to Christmas I want a refund and my refund option has expired... what the hell are you playing at? Send my money back so that I can buy my Christ mas gifts elsewhere. NO i do not want wish credit, I want my money back.

Tried purchasing something and used my husband credit card it asked for the billing address which is different from my mailing address which is the address that is on my profile went to submit my payment it said I had to go to wish.com to my account and payment issues need help getting this resolved because I'm a good customer and all the time having problems with the same situation and every time it is somebody saying the problem is resolved when it just keeps happening again if you could please contact Kayla leap at [protected]

My Wish daily giveaway icon on my mobile app is gone since November 2019. Is it removed for everyone or only my account? Asked the contact support and they said you have to claim the giveaway at 9-9.15pm and to checkout within an hour. Of cos, I know. I already claimed few times. I only want to know why the giveaway icon is missing in my mobile app.

My order went through and was paid on Nov. 25th. There are always funds in my account, so that could not have been a issue. My bank account card, credit card, recently has been changed. Maybe that was the issue, but I was never notified if it was and I really wanted that order that you refunded on Nov. 29th. Please let me know if I can still get my order and if you need information. I purchased a miniture dolls house in Oct and no were on the description did it say does not come with dust cover . Not in till it was delivered did I realize it does not .which makes it useless .and I've lost £30 I've contacted them every day since delivery and nothing . They want me to send it back at my expense. I'm not doing that ever . So I'm fed up of contacting them .and just need my money back

I've been buying products for a couple of days now but now for what ever reason
it won't let me go past checkout it keeps telling me oops
I've try twice and still the same error message comes up (oops)
Also when I was trying to get my refund I wanted wish cash but it wouldn't let me I had to put it back on my credit card, I would of been more than happy to have wish cash.
Please help me fix this thanks

On 10/23/2019 I placed and order for a XX sized sweat shirt. You deducted $15.12 from my account. I have never received the sweatshirt or any paperwork from you, invoice or any thing. You were quick to get my money but nothing else. I will make a complaint on your website and tell everyone I that you are not truthful and shouldn't be trusted. I sure won't order from you again. All I want is my money back.

I ordered a corset which after applying the promotion code and getting a discount was priced at €13.35 inclusive of transportation cost. When I clicked to pay I used Klarna sofort payment and I authorised the transaction from my bank but even though the money was booked away it did not reflect in wish app. On checking why it was not going through I realized that the discount price had been removed from the order summary details and the price had hiked to €14.10. Any efforts to conduct support were not fruitful.

They take your money and DO NOT send your items. They claim your order has been delivered and they don't provide you with a company name, phone number or address where you purchased it. They make the items look so good, only to get you to send your money in. THIS PLACE IS A SCAMMER! They also don't provide an email where you can get help, it's all online through an automated bot that has only one thing on its mind, TO HOLD YOU OFF, JUST WAITING AND NEVER GETTING TO THE BOTTOM OF THE PROBLEM, THAT YOUR ITEM NEVER CAME. I don't care to get the item any longer, I just want my money refunded!

I ordered a product on wish, made payment and after about 3 days i got a mail telling me my purchase will be refunded like why? Before then i got this message popping up on my wish account telling me "we are sorry for any inconvenience" they need me to take a picture of the bank statement of the product purchased... I did take a screenshot of the debit alert on the product and this message still keeps popping till now, wish sent me a mail saying I made an unauthorized purchased which I don't even know what they mean about that, I only made an order made payment and wait till it gets to me, my money was debited, and I surfed wish app... The contact support team is not helping at all I just need reasons why my purchase is refunded because I didn't ask for it and why that message keeps popping up

They are horrible do not use them they havent refunded my money and its no way to talk to them they wont even respond to my email. I have been trying to contact them constantly and nothing. I even have orders i havent recieved yet and they wont send them. Something needs to be done about this as soon as possible they cant just take people money. This is fraud

I ordered for six products. (7/11/19) from wish of which two arrived today (27/11/19). One an earring and the other a necklace. To my surprise, I opened the package that is suppose to contain necklace as labelled only to see a pair of socks inside.
So I would like a refund of my money if I can't be sent the necklace I ordered.
