Wish wish canceled 4 orders & refunded less than what I paid

They state it was canceled because merchant couldn't fill the order. That sucks on it's own after spending so much time on the site ordering the right size etc... but when I look at details of the refund they aren't refunding the full amount I paid. In each one it's at least a dollar or more per item. There's zero way to get this message through "support" since its automated based on the questions THEY ask. Steal a buck from every order enough times and someone is getting rich! I was going to ignore the one that canceled last week, but now three more came in from last nights order.

Wish taking money and locking the account

I purchased a Pandora Box for £136. They took the money, cancelled my order then locked me out of the account. I'm now £136 poorer and no matter how many times I asked for a resolution in the customer support email, it always ends up with me still locked out and £136 poorer. I ended up telling them to keep MY money and have deactivated the account .

Wish seller is using my images to sell my product on wish

This seller Xiaoningjieshiw is using my images of my dogs to sell my product on wish. I need to let the seller know that if they are going to rip me off they need to take down the photos of MY DOGS!

This product is mine and I have been making them for 9 years. I need the photos of my dogs to be removed. I have many photos to prove that these are my dogs and my wolf in sheep's clothing costume are mine. Please tell seller to remove photos. This is my website Rebelwag.comm

Wish online shopping and security

On Nov 14 I received an email from wish saying that another email address (not mine) had requested that I change my account email address to this new mystery address.

I replied promptly and to the wish support centre to let them know I did not request this change and that I was now concerned about the security of my account which has my personal details in it. All I got was auto replies. Then this on Nov 21:

I replied to both saying that I cannot access my account, no one has contacted me to rectify the situation and I am concerned about my date security.

As I can no longer log in to my account i am unable to access the support tools there and the security issue aside I want to return some items, but am now not able to do so!
I have tried several times to contact them and have even reached out on twitter to both their main account and the support account, but have yet to have any replies or been contacted by anyone! I have no idea who is accessing my account!

I can no longer access account therefore,
- I do not know if my personal information including credit cards and address is safe
- I am unable to return goods purchased from the site
- It is very stressful and made even worse by the fact that no one has replied to try and fix the situation!

What I would like to happen:
- Block the email address who is trying to access my account
- Reinstate my access
- Ensure my data is safe
- Apologise for the terrible negligent way i have been treated
- Refund on items I have been trying to return
- Most importantly a change in procedure so that urgent matters like this get urgent attention and no one else has to go through this!

This is very scary to not have access to your account with private information in it and absolutely disgusting that despite numerous efforts to seek assistance, NO HELP has been forthcoming! I would definitely not recommend shopping on this site as they do not take your security seriously!

Wish payment issue

You want a pic of My bank statement in order to process any more orders from me. I don't get paper statements Therefore I cannot provide something I do not have. Not to mention the fact that there is no reason why you should need a copy of my bank statement. When I tried to can talk contact your customer support the phone number is nothing but a recording that hangs up on you. When I tried to get help you want to charge me $5 to help me but you won't accept my credit card for an order so why would you accept it for a fee to get help that should be provided as part of your service!? It is Christmas and if I do not get this issue resolved I will not be able to effectively finish my Christmas shopping. I'm about ready to uninstall the app and not order from you again.

Wish because my husband and I both shop on the wish website same account but different card you guys blocked both of us and we both can't shop on wish

I haven't been able to shop on wish for 2 years because my husband and I both shop down wish same checking account but different cards we both got shut off from doing any ordering and it said to copy my bank statement and send it to you and I did it five times and I still can't shop on the website. And my kids want stuff off of there for Christmas and I can't even order it

Wish underwear

The size does not fit. I am trying to return and all I get is that I must submit photos of the products and how they fit. I refuse to submit photos of myself with this garment on. Kind of shady. They will not let me submit until I post a picture. Not going to happen. I just want to know how to return items and get my refund. I have tried numerous time to get this resolved and no one wants to help unless I submit a photo.

Wish not accepting new card

I have tried making payment to purchase a jacket using a different card and. Message keeps coming up please take screenshot of bank account showing recent wish purchase using this card. The card details were not stored by wish the banking g app sill not allow a screen shot.

Check your records for R J EYKYN at S89TF you will see a payment of 3.11was made recently by this card for items not yet delivered.

Wish payment issue

Am having payment issues. Please what can I do? First they asked me to send a mail with attachment of my last purchase receipt, which i have done several and no sing reply. I might just delete this app cos I do not like stress. I have even changed my card to use another one to see the difference but still same way. Will be patient to end of November. If nothing changes, then I will stop using the app

Wish cancelling an order

Wish is the worse company to get any information from. I have been trying to cancel an order which I've gone thru the so called proper channels and they still did not do it. Now I have had to involve my bank. I have also had trouble returning an item before. People please don't deal with this company because they are NOT honorable. I have sent in more than one email to rectify this to no avail. Wish sent me 15 emails saying my order has been processed after I sent the email to cancel. if this is how a company is going to keep they're customers happy and reordering in the future because you have just lost this customer and probably a few more. and your sizing chart is not true to form. they sent me an email on how to go thru the proper channels to cancel an order and I have to no success. Your website is a travisty and your tech support is a joke. All they do is repeat themselves to everything you ask about so your constantly going in circles

Wish image on an ad during a game

While playing a game on my phone a wish ad came up in between levels. It had nine or so images on it. I am complaining because the one on the top left corner was of the tip of a penis and I do not think that should ever be in a phone ad. Not only do I not want to see this myself, but my daughter uses my phone and I definitely do not want her to see it. Please remove it from circulation.

Wish it won't let me use my account and it has some of my money on the account even

they pretty much froze my account and it will not let me do anything even with the way she cashes they call it which is my freaking money well let me use it won't let me do anything wants me to send them a bank statement which I do not use a bank card I have credit cards I use so basically they robbed me I have bank account with my mother and there is no way that she will let me give them a copy of my bank statement which is hers also I just want to be able to spend my wish cash as they call it my money they took and I'm done with them this is ridiculous I am fed up with him I've had nothing but issues with them

Good day/sir, I tried checking out the items in my cart but a message keep popping up, find attached a screenshot of the response. I already made a payment of an item I selected so I can't fathom why am unable to make further purchase.

Wish sent wrong item and won't acknowledge their mistake

I ordered two rugs. When I received them they were not the correct pattern. I conversed numerous times with customer service, who told me I was wrong and the item was correct. The picture on my order showed the correct item but they did not even compare it to the incorrect item. Every communication had the picture of the correct item on it, supplied by this "store". Yet they continually insist that I am wrong. Instead of acknowledging THEIR mistake and trying to correct it, all they did was say they were sorry I wasn't satisfied with my order and are sending a refund! I refund is fine BUT I want my correct item! Their system is STILL set up to send the wrong item and they are not even trying to resolve their system error. Nor are they even acknowledging that there is an error! INCOMPETENCE, IGNORANCE, STUPIDITY! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! YOULL BE SORRY!

Wish the daily giveaway has been removed from the app. I also won two things the last time I played and the store was unable to fulfill order. crap.

My daily giveaway has been removed off the app and the last two times I played they gave me a crappy excise and said the store was unable to fulfill the order. That's crap.
I also opted to pay half now and half later, but I noticed I was charged half and the other half right away after the first charge. Then they wanted to charge me again on the day I agreed to pay the second half. I was pissed. So now I am unable to use account. I ordered at least a thousand dollars worth of stuff from them and they lost a good customer.
And don't be fooled, nothing is ever what you think it is gonna be. Everything is a cheap knockoff of the pictures. It sucks.
I was also charged for orders I cancelled right after ordering and not one time was I ever refunded for cancelled orders.
I have even written a letter to the CEO of wish with an itemized list of all the things I am owed for, and shared all the things I have been ripped off and all the money owed and nothing. No response.
I don't think there is any possible way to get resolve when u deal with wish. No customer service, automated responses only.

Wish on this site wish.com it is a fraud

on 11-14-2019/11-16-2019/ 11-16-2019 this put up a discount price for .50 an .75 cent when these price are put up they are a fraud i had 50 item . I paid for all these item and they stated where unfortunately you purchase was not fully processed in time to get this them at the price. This is what you get on all the purchases

Wish purple lace dress

I have email this customer support services on several time and exactly got a respond back from a robot ... however when I get to the part seen me a picture of the item I do not know how to send you a picture and when I skip this last part it will not let me submit my request. I finally received the poor quality dress... that looks nothing like the web site page I ordered from wish.com . I have request how do I return this items . I need a return label. I feel I'm just getting the running around from this company. I do not like the dress . Please just let me know how I can return this poor quality dress. I ordered the dress on 10/18/19. I ordered 1, you charged me for TWO from TWO different sellers! NEVER replied to my messages then when you do you tell me my replies from you are at some Zendesk you give me no URL link for and then after OVER AND OVER again asking you HOW to retrieve your replies you tell me (and once again: OVER AND OVER AGAIN) that oh I cannot access my replies from you because I am BLOCKED! You repeat this DAILY! I asked you in a timely manner FOR HELP only to get BLOCKED for NOTHING except for asking FOR HELP! Those "rules" you sent me I never broke ANY of them! All I did was ask for HELP! So now the order I DID purchase is in limbo and the one I didn't want is already shipped but will arrive LATER than the one I want was supposed to? Yes SAME ITEM but the seller I chose specifically had the KANGAROO KINGDOM brand I wanted and not some random brand chosen. The one I ordered has the Kangaroo logo on it

Wish payment

i have made many purshases thru wish for a long time now, and i have a order i want to place so i can have these items before christmas, but i have used m credit card, my bank card, and my husbands credit card and i have been declined over 19 times all together, its says insufficient funds which i have well enough money for this order on all the cards that have been declined, please fix this issue, i love buying from wish and now i cant, very upsetting
