Wisetack

This website has my account showing companies that I have a balance of $441, but that was paid off in Feb. 2022. It is now 4 months later. This company financed an $800 purchase that was a terrible service. I hate Wisetack/Scratch services. I thought by now this company would be over my dissatisfaction with the service that I complained on, but clearly they don't care one bit. They're pure evil and pure degrading miserable human beings that I wish I could just spit on their faces. At this point, they don't deserve one ounce of respect.

I hired PJ Electric on 9/22 to upgrade my electrical service panel to 200 amp service. PJ checked out my issue of blinking lights in my kitchen and basement and said the service upgrade should fix the problem. I applied for a three payment loan through PJ's invoice with Wisetack and got approved for the $2400 amount. The work was done on 9/29. The blinking lights problem got worse and now it's happening all over my home. I contacted PJ on 9/30, 10/3, 10/5, 10/08 (where he wanted to charge me another $1200 for separate lines to my refrigerator and washer), 10/12, 10/14, 10/19 (subcontractor ***), 10/21 (subcontractor ***), and 10/27 (PJ said he would come out week of November 1 to troubleshoot personally). I haven't heard from PJ since 10/27. Lights are pulsing periodically throughout my home, even inside my refrigerator. My first Wisetack payment was due 10/29 and I contacted them before the date and told them I wouldn't pay until my issue was resolved. They told me to pay anyway and file a dispute, which I did. Wisetack paid PJ Electric and there's no reason for them to come back and fix the issue. I filed a merchant dispute on 11/1 with all texts, emails, and videos attached. They asked for more information, which I provided on 11/2. They asked on 11/08 if I contacted another contractor. They asked for pictures of the panel. I gave them everything they asked for. Wisetack sided with PJ Electric on 11/16 and told me to pay the loan because it will affect my credit score and to contact PJ Electric if I have any more issues.
