Wingstop review: wings and fries

Every time I make I call in order I am always given old food. If I don't order when I get there I do not receive hot fresh food. That is unacceptable because the reason I call in is because I don't have time to wait. I'm not sure if they are not concerned with the call in order or what but rather you call in or order when you get there food should always be hot and fresh. I've let it slide long enough. This is the sorriest wing stop in Tyler, TX. There are only two and I don't have any trouble with the other one. My food is always hot and fresh at the other one. However, I do not live close to that one.
