Wingstop review: manager saida alvarez

I started working there a week ago, since I started she appeared to have a very immature attitude inside of the restaurant as a manager. Its my first job and she acted careless about any employee working there, I had an emergency like the 3rs day of my employment experience and I had to leave for mexico for a family accident and just because of this she fired me, she didnt care to listen and understand that I didnt have time to let her know because it was last minute. I know my responsibilities and if I would have known I would have advised her. I think that managers like these shouldnt even be managers she has other people working there that are falling short on money as cashiers and she doesnt fire them, its very unfair. After the day I couldnt go she wrote me up to go a next day and I showed up she has never been there when I have my shift and she didnt teach me anything, she already expected me to know everything. When she called to tell me I was fired I heard giggles in the background, she takes everything immaturely and while working there a client even commented an unpleasent thing about her attitude. She kept on listing me on the schedule and she never told me I was fired till today, she called me not caring that I had church.
