Extremely Disappointed – Stay Away!
I rarely write reviews, but this experience was so frustrating and disappointing that I feel the need to warn others.
I purchased Office key from this website. Everything seemed fine at first — the key worked for one day, and I thought everything was in order. However, the very next day, the software stopped working entirely, and I was told the key was invalid.
To make matters worse, I discovered that an additional €200 had been withdrawn from my account without any authorization. I did not make any further purchases or give permission for this, yet they charged me anyway. This is completely unacceptable and feels like fraud.
As if that wasn’t enough, when I tried to reach out for help or an explanation, I found that I had been blocked from accessing their website altogether. I couldn’t log in to my account, view my purchase history, or contact support. It’s like they took my money and then disappeared.
This entire experience has left me feeling completely scammed. I trusted this site with my payment information and got nothing but stress, loss, and disappointment in return.
Avoid this site at all costs. If something seems too good to be true, it probably is. I’m now in the process of contacting my bank and reporting the incident. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
Recommendation: Stay Away
Bought an Office 2024 license (3PC, Online activation), but it didn't activate (activation limit already reached). I am not interested in activating by phone. If I was, I would have bought one of those. I buy a lot of these, as I do technical support for clients, friends and family. Rather buy from Software-Codes
I am very disappointed from the site. It's been that several of the keys I've bought did not work,And it was impossible to reach support in timely manner, And I needed to buy keys somewhere else. Even today I bought a windows 11 pro key that did not work and I can't even OPEN A TICKET on their site.
