On February 12th 2023 I was charged $75 for a $10 gas transaction when I prepaid at a pump which was also out of paper but I took a picture of the pump with the $10 transaction and a picture of my gas tank it is now the 27th of February and I still have not received my money back and that money was included into a budget. I have a bank stop statement providing proof of the $75 transaction that was only supposed to be $10 I need someone to contact me immediately.

I went into the Hucks store on South Main St. in Madisonville,Ky to get some fried chicken. I walked over to the deli counter and noticed there was no chicken out. There was a young woman and man standing back toward the fryer and the young woman looked at me a couple of times and never acknowledged me. I waited about 2 minutes and then just grabbed a to go pizza and proceeded toward the register. I told the cashier that I guess the people behind the deli counter didn’t want to wait on me. The cashier said she was sorry and she did not notice me over there. I told her it was not her fault and then said to her that someone needs to tell that couple that the customer comes first. Not happy at all with their service.

I was just in Hucks location in Eldarado I bought some lottery tickets and checked some I had already had well I went outside and scratched them off and had won 50 dollars and went in to cash it in and the employee tells me I need to throw away my lottery tickets thentickts she was talking about were there when I got there and she argued with me that I put them there and whomever can check the camera they were already there when I got there it's not my job to pick up after customers she is paid to do that
