On June 7, 2022, we were driving in very bad weather on I71 S. The flatbed truck for Western Express did not have back brake lights. This caused many cars to slam on their brakes, even when giving plenty of distance between their vehicle and the flatbed. The turn signal works, but not the lights of the flatbed. The flatbed truck’s license plate is: 267705T and the text on the back of the flatbed is: F3 3035. This is extremely dangerous, especially in bad weather. This truck could cause a serious accident.

May 17th 2022, about 2pm Eastern Time.

I-20 E, Mile Mark 143 Truck # 201779

Truck was swaying pretty bad as we following in the lane to the left of it. The trucker then proceeded to pull our in front of my truck with no blinker. Then continued to swerve and get in the original lane. While passing I noticed the driver smoking and swerving when he flicked his ash.

Truck 120416 ran us off the road with two children in the back of our vehicle. There was an arrow at least a mile down showing it was narrowing to one lane and he waited until the last minute to get over honking at us uncontrollably. The trucker is very aggressive and flipped us off causing our children to be very upset. I hope proper action will be taken against this driver.

Monday may 9th and 4:00 pm One of your truck drivers tried running us off the road. He was not looking. We were on his driver side door when he starting moving into the second lane. Very dangerous, should not be driving. I could see him, There is no way he could not have seen us, unless he was distracted and not looking to where he was going. On May 7, 2022 at 5:30 pm on a ramp to the Massachusetts Turnpike a Western Union truck, completely unresponsive to my car horn, moved into my lane. The truck was moving strangely slowly, almost creeping; however, a less defensive driver than I would surely have had his or her car crushed. Also, the truck’s license plate appears to have been altered in some way. I submitted photos below, however, they need to be rotated to see the identifying info and license plate.

I was just driving in heavy wind and rain on 1A in Maine behind truck 120273, license plate 2073571 (or possibly ending in 77 or 7T, the heavy rain made visibility poor). Since the weather was so bad, on a road where accidents happen and cars flip all the time, the car in front of the truck was driving slower than the 55 speed limit, understandably so, for safety. For at least ten minutes the truck kept blaring its horn at the car, and when the car finally turned left off of the road, the driver of the truck threw a full bottle of water at the car as it passed.

At about 7:55am on 4/15/2022 a Western Express driver swerved from the off ramp 135B on I-90 W back to the Interstate across and in front of 3 lanes of oncoming traffic.

On 02/09/22 at approximately 0431 going north bond on HWY 77 before 608 or Old Appalachian Trail in Va. The Western Express driver of Trailer # 200338 tried to run our driver off the road. This is ridiculous and dangerous.

On February 11, 2022 approximately 200 am I, a private security guard asked one of your drivers to leave the property I was assigned to protect because per our policy overnight parking is not allowed and it is private property. Your driver a white male bald head 50s ish slender build wearing blue jeans and a white wife beater approached my patrol vehicle aggressively and proceeded to use vulgar language and threaten me I told this person multiple times to get in the truck and leave the property that he was trespassing and law enforcement would be called. This person continued to act in an aggressive manner and swear and threaten me. This person is unhinged and mentally unstable. You need to remove this person from the road before he kills someone.

Truck number 10343 (found on the back of the cab) ignored a stop sign in downtown Berwick Maine and forced me to slam on my brakes while I laid on the horn. I don't understand what is so difficult to follow road laws. People operating a commercial motor vehicle with a trailer have much more responsibilities as a driver than most people driving a passenger car. Huge safety concerns about this driver in particular. If he was just in a car I'd just treat him like any other [censored] I run into on a daily basis but doing this in a commercial vehicle is ridiculous.

A dispatcher is stealing money and not giving you paper work showing how much the jobs are paying. He lies to customers and lie to the people that work there. He already got caught for stealing with one of his family matters.

The driver for western express, went to lunch with a friend of mine from jb hunt where this gentleman made a delivery. At lunch he laced her drink with Fentyol, and she I'd in the hospital fighting for her life. They have him on footage grabbing her by the wrists . She told him that there was no relationship sought.just to be friends. I understand he stays overnight in the syracuse area after making deliveries. 2am in the morning my husband calls needing$90 to pay to deliver your company load i have the banking info and the drop off what kind of company sends drivers out and doesn't have this prepaid?

Hello I was double parked allowing my children to exit out the vehicle with my husband, one of your driver's glided right across my car! Knocking off my mirror... The driver kept on going and didn't stop and that is totally unprofessional and I'm trying to get in contact with someone

i am a spouse of one of your employees i am very concerned for my husband's safety operating with unsafe units the flatbed was faulty and should not have been assigned to any driver with the landing gear arm not functioning properly it literally broke off during his pick up of a load then the tires on another flatbed was in such poor condition it blew out in transit of another load the interior of the truck is duct taped on the passenger side interior and your company will be facing a lawsuit should anything happen to my husband. While operating your poorly maintained unit your company should take safety of its employees serious and the safety of the public. by properly inspecting of each unit and trailer /flat bed after each trip and before each trip and before assigning a unit to a driver

Driver of truck 190105 with license plate U840501 speeding on 84-East in Danbury, Connecticut around 10:30 am on 07/14/21. Driver drove me off the road while trying to merge, going more than 15 mph speed limit which is 55 on that part of 84. His incredible reckless driving continued as he was cutting other cars off with barely any room for a truck that size.

One of you drivers almost cause a big accidente on I70 east bound wheeling West Virginia, about 4 pm truck number 6397 I'm calling a different numbers trying to reach the safety department but in that extension 2167 nobody answer and the voicemail is full, , this is not the right way to make business, , I'm a driver with 25 years experience and I noticed than %95 of you drivers are always driving with malicious, aggressives and unprofessionals, , my number is [protected] for any question thanks

Driver of truck license plate T987955 was very aggressive on I65 N on Friday, June 18, 2021 at 12:31 p.m. Driver continually honked horn at us and was aggressive.

Driving today around 3 pm...75 north. Driver pushed me off the highway. They were in right hand lane and changed lanes while I was mid way passing on the left. I was forced off the highway into the median strip. Did they not see me in their mirrors. I blasted my horn but they kept moving over forcing me off the highway. Was able to finally get a pic. Truck # 430906. Unable to read license plate.

Driver of truck 171329, TN license plate U809221 on CAI-15 southbound, 4/19/21 at 10:31am drove over lane line narrowly missing our van and camper, he didn't correct to his lane of travel after we moved over in our lane to avoid collision, but stayed part way over in our lane then engaged his left hand signal after we were honking at him to move in to one or the other lane.
He was gaining on a truck in his lane and we were a car and half behind a semi truck in our lane. He clearly was focused on gaining on truck and changing lanes without seeing where we were. We had been constant in our lane. Really unsafe driving!
