Westdale Asset Management. Utilities

Since Friday February the 4th, the apartments shutdown the water, for the entire complex, because the temperatures were below 32 degrees. The water is still not on today, Sunday February the 6th. The temperature is 55 degrees today, when I went to the office to ask when they would turn the water back on, I found out the office was closed and the water is still off.
