My husband and I have rented from StCharlesRent.com and his company for 7 years. The application was simple and quick. Over these 7 years we had no issues with StCharlesRent.com or the home. Will most likely be considering renting office space from him in the near future for my small business.

I was a tenant for 5 years in the Park Charles Town Homes and enjoyed my time there. Maintenance requests were addressed promptly, the lawn was manacured, snow removed from parking area, salt on the sidewalks to keep you from slipping, etc. Great place to live run by a great company.

We had a very pleasant experience renting from StCharlesRent. Our unit was in great condition when we moved in, and any maintenance requests were always responded to promptly and fixed quickly. The application and move in process was fast and easy, and the move out process was also simple.

I've rented from a few places throughout my life and my experience with StCharlesRent has been the best by far. Great people. Clear on their communication and helpful. I had an AC issue, they checked it out the same day, and it was fixed the next day, and they even had to get the necessary parts first.

Absolutely the best people to do renting business with, hands down. They helped me move from one part of the state to here in the greater St Louis area and provided me with a wonderful home. The customer service was second to none. Best property folks I have ever done business with. Extremely highly recommended.

My family rented from St Charles Rent for almost 7 years. They are great to work with. If we had a maintenance issue it we would put in a ticket and they would send someone right out to fix it. They also worked with us on our path to become home owners. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a place to rent on their way to owning.

We moved to Missouri from Michigan and prayed that during a weekend trip we could find a landlord who would have a house available and accept our pets. They were wonderful in helping us find a great house. When we had an issue with the furnace, they immediately had someone over to replace it! We lived there for just over two years and cannot thank them enough!

We first rented a town house from them and it was very nice home. Then we rented a one family home and loved it. They took very good care of us. If we had a problem it was always taken care of in a very short period of time. Even when the water heater went out it was replaced the same day. They are a very good company and I will always be grateful for all they did for us.

For the past 2 years I have rented from Paul at his townhomes in saint peters. The townhomes are very clean and well maintained by Paul and his crew. He is very quick to respond to concerns/questions and very personable. Best rates for the size and location of the townhomes. I would highly recommend renting from Paul at “StCharlesRent;" by far the best experience with renting.

I feel so blessed to have found Paul and his company! Three years ago my husband and I were looking to move to St. Charles County and not only were Paul's houses reasonably priced, but he was incredibly nice and helpful in every way possible. He makes paying rent incredibly easy with automatic payments, he sends helpful reminder emails, and is not overbearing. I can not recommend him enough!

My wife and I have been VERY HAPPY renters of Paul's for the last five years. Paul and his team have been extremely responsive and accommodating since day one. My fiance and I rented here for a little over a year with our daughter. Very nice, clean spacious townhomes. Great neighborhood and neighbors! Close to all the necessary amenities. Maintenance Crew is very friendly and came right away when we needed anything. Paul our landlord really cares about his renters and his tenants. He is very reasonable and always has a smile to greet you with. If you are considering renting with St Charles Rent..DO IT! You will not regret your experience! We sure don't!

Paul was always very kind to us. He and his crew were more than efficient in meeting our few maintenance requests. However, we had very little over the course of our year lease, which was directly correlated to how well he and his crew prep the units before a new tenant moves in! We want to thank you Paul for a wonderful, safe, and memorable first apartment/townhome for our little family in the making! We recommend StCharlesRent to any and all, coming from renting for 5 years from college landlords, Paul was a breath of fresh air! Thank you again, Paul!

This is probably the worst landlord we have had to deal with. Extremely rude and condescending and belittling anytime we would have to communicate with him. We were afraid to even address any issues that needed to be fixed. The house was almost unlivable due to massive foundation cracks and flooding and mold. We unfortunately had no other options at the time and needed to find a place. We gave zero reason to be treated and judged the way we were by this landlord. We feel extremely blessed to no longer have to deal with this landlord and his terse and unapproachable demeanor.

My husband and I lived here for a year before purchasing our house. We lived in the Park Charles townhomes that overlook a beautiful lake! We LOVED the neighborhood and how great the maintenance team was. Our home was the perfect size for us and so affordable compared to other apartments/townhomes of that size in the area. The maintenance team came out to fix any issues we had within a day or two and usually did a good job. We really enjoyed having a cute back patio to have dinner on and having our lawn and snow removal taken care of. It was also really nice to have our two reserved parking spaces and not have to worry about parking. The townhouse was also relatively quiet with the exception of the basement area, and the occasional dogs barking outside. I'm a light sleeper and I never had any issues sleeping here. All in all, it's a great place to live and Paul and his team will take care of you!
