I was approved for this medication. It was shipped on September 1 and delivered on September 3rd. I received package. However, all I received was the syringes. I went through package several times. Then I sent in a picture. Thereafter, I was sent another package on September 10th. It was a brown fed ex box. It too only had the syringes inside. I tore the box into pieces, ripped the packaging in half and there still wasn't any vials.

Claimed loss: Never received weight loss medication

Desired outcome: I would like to receive what I paid for.
