I don't get how this company is getting away with their scam of Sculpsure. It don't work for so many people. Doctors and aestheticians can make a quick $700-$1400 in just 25 minutes from this, so no one's gonna say anything in the medical community. It's just not right.

I give Cynosure, LLC *** stars. They say their lasers and equipment work great, but they don't. Their sales reps lie about the marketing used to get you to buy their stuff. The marketing company they work with, ***, is also bad. They took 4 months to make a website that was just okay. I got *** calls from their marketing. I had to hire a new web developer who did a better job in just 1 week. The sales team said ***'s and geofencing were included, but they weren't. Doctors, be careful and do your research before buying from them.

We small practice in the ***. We got a Tempsure for $180,000 from Cynosure, LLC. We got charged an unreasonable interest rate by the financial company they gave us. We bought the machine in good faith and trusted the seller and the financial company guy. They lied to us from the start, saying we would pay 60 installments and have 3 months to start paying. But, 30 days after getting the machine, they charged us a "prorrated installment" without telling us first. They said it was in the contract, but it's not part of the 60 installments? That's crazy! We got a lawyer to look at the financial agreement. They're taking money from our bank account and taking advantage of us.

I bought a Cynosure Submental in Nov 2021. It's been almost 6 months and I still haven't got all the equipment that I'm now having to pay for. I can't express how disappointed I am with the service or lack of service I've received. The sales rep overpromised & under-delivered from the very beginning. I've reached out multiple times and am continually told we're working on it or looking into it. It's been 1 1/2 months and they don't even give me an update. This is unacceptable at this point. I informed them that I'd like to get out of the purchase agreement and they won't respond back to me. I've sold packages to clients and I'm not able to deliver their services. This looks bad for me as a small business and there's nothing I'm able to do about it except refund their money. I now have to pay for an attorney to assist me in this process.

Cynosure ain't no good company, man. They got this dude Tyler H who came to my clinic and straight up lied to me with a contract. He said it would cost $151,000 but then they charged me $240,000! And their support team is trash, they don't know what they're doing. The training is a joke too. Don't even bother buying their machines, they lose value like crazy. After just one year, you can only sell it for 30% of what you paid. You can get a used one for like 40 grand. Doctors need to band together and sue these guys. Report your bad experience to *** or the specialty board and let's get a class action lawsuit going.

Cynosure sold me a machine that they said was only for optometry, to treat a certain kind of dry eye. But it turns out it doesn't have *** approval for that treatment, which caused a big problem for me. I couldn't advertise the eye treatments, and the ads they made for me only brought in people who wanted cosmetic treatments, which I don't do. (I'm an eye guy, not a double chin or cellulite guy!) Before I signed anything, I asked a bunch of times if I could only market it for dry eyes, and they kept saying yes. But once they had my money, they didn't help at all. I called, texted, and emailed a bunch of people at the company, but they ignored me. Plus, the financing was a lease purchase, which meant all the interest was added to the principal at the beginning, and it was more than 30% of the original balance! So even if I paid it off in a year, like they said I could, I would have paid the same amount as if I took five years. Long story short, they lied to me, took advantage of me, and cheated me. I don't recommend doing business with them.

I got a *** Touch Laser and a *** Laser from Cynosure cuz a sales guy said I'd make bank with them. But I only made $3k from the *** I paid $170k for. Cynosure makes you buy "pacs" from them to run it and they're over $2k for 100. And you need 4 to run it once! When a discount company sold them for $1795, Cynosure tried to get me to upgrade so they could still make bank. There were so many *** and *** machines in *** that I can't even charge $200 a treatment. I'm selling it for $20k but no one wants it. The *** machine I got for $160k was the only one that made me money, charging $30/treatment. There were 7 machines in *** charging $600 but only doing 1 a week instead of the promised 4-6 a day. When I tried to sell it for $30k, Cynosure said it had to be recertified for $40k and service contract would cost $5k a year. But if they bought a new one from Cynosure for $80k, they'd include years of service contracts. Cynosure only cares about making money and doesn't care about clients once they make the sale!

i got sculpsure at a derm office but it didnt work. i tried to contact the company but no info on their site. i think the online reviews were wrong.

I went to a workshop by Cynosure in March and got invited. They were pushy and made false claims about their product. They said their marketing team would help me make money, but that wasn't true. They also promised fair financing through *** but didn't tell me the truth about early payoff savings. They lied about the resale value and didn't keep their promise to help me resell the laser if it didn't work for my business. When I asked a question, they rushed me through different salespeople and overloaded me with information. After a year of losing money and using my savings, Cynosure didn't help me.
