On July 15, 2024 I received a email from this company called Webull which is basically a commission-free online brokerage platform that offers trading services for stocks, ETFs, options, and cryptocurrencies. Anyway the email said that If I fund my Webull account by any amount I will receive $100 worth of NVDA fractional shares ( As shown in the Picture) so on July 19, 2024 I click on the tap to claim button then I was asked to fund my Webull account so I funded my Webull account by $1 through my bank (As Shown in the Picture) then I have been waiting for almost 9 months and I have never receive my $100 worth of NVDA fractional shares so I contacted Webull customer support team through the phone about this issue they told me to contact Webull through email about this issue so I contacted Webull through email support team multiple times for over 3 weeks didn’t receive a response and I still didn’t receive my $100 worth of NVDA fractional shares.
Claimed loss: $100
Desired outcome: I just want Webull to give me my $100 worth of NVDA fractional shares.
