Refuse to refund

The system cannot be used as presented. You must have a $25,000 cash account with broker to make day trades or you will be locked out after the 4th trade. Then have to wait 3 days to make another trade. By the time I learned this, they refused to refund my money. You only have 3 days after they load the system to request refund.
