Weatherguard replaced our roof recently and we couldn't be happier with the whole experience. *** our Weatherguard representative, worked with us well ahead of the installation and was responsive, friendly and professional throughout the project and afterwards. He went out of his way to assist and answer all of the questions we had. The project went off flawlessly, with the team working hard all day in the July Carolina heat, protecting our bushes and property, and doing a fantastic job of cleanup afterwards. We now have the security of a new roof, great warranty, and beautifully improved architectural appearance. I would highly recommend the Weatherguard team.

My husband and I would highly recommend Weatherguard to anyone seeking professional roof repair and installation! We had quite a bit of hail damage, and some major concerns over weak spots. Our project manager Alan Dellars provided stellar customer service and communication between us and our insurance company to get us the best possible coverage for the damage. Weatherguard representatives were excellent in timely scheduling and delivery of the materials. The entire installation and repair was super speedy and the crew was very thorough and conscientious regarding clean-up and disposal. We have nothing but positive things to say about the entire process and the company itself!

I wish there was a less than one star. This was snake bitten from the start. Roof was installed in July . Contractor spread trash all over the yard, not roofing trash. Hydraulic fluid leaked on my drive way. Pulled off gutter covers on the backside of the house and threw them away. Mixed 2 pallets of shingles while installing and the roof is striped. GAF made that right. Clips were left off from between plywood. Shingles sticking up. Multiple days off to meet someone to check the roof and nothing is done. Weatherguard has now requested final payment. I paid it because I cant fight a big company. Worst contractor I have ever dealt with. They lie, lie and lie. I would not let them put a roof on my dog house.

Natalee B and Tim J with Weatherguard are AMAZING! We had a leak coming from our roof in 2 places. Natalie from Weatherguard was the only company that took my call and came out the same day. We had very heavy storms and we're forecasted for more severe weather. Tim met Natalie at our house and they accessed the issues. They determined we had a flashing issue and a window seal that was leaking. They made repairs and reviewed everything with us in detail. Thankfully our issue was minor, but make no mistake, if we ever need our roof replaced, Natalie at Weatherguard is the only call we'll need to make. I cannot express express enough the excellent service we received from Natalie and Tim. Thank you!

Being new to roof replacement, my wife and I didn't really know where to begin or how the process works. We were referred by a friend of ours to Kevin B with WeatherGuard, who came out within a few days to inspect our roof. He was very friendly, explained how the process works, and helped us understand our options. WeatherGuard helped us in every step of the process and kept us updated and informed on next step. Within 3 weeks, we had a new roof and the roof looks great. They took extra steps to make sure cleanup was thorough as we have a baby and two dogs. In every step, they were prompt, friendly, reliable, and cared about you as a customer. I will be recommending WeatherGuard and Kevin B to friends and family.

From my personal experience and also with my clients, Weatherguard Roofing has always strived to be the best in our area, and deliver an experience, unlike others to others. With being in Real Estate, I always have Bob S go out to all of our listings for a pre-inspection, and also for an inspection during the Buyer's Process. With this being said, we have successfully had about 5+ clients roofs replaced and have been able to get sellers more money for their home due to a new roof, and also give buyers the peace of mind in their purchase, not only from saying a Roof is in good condition but also by being able to negotiate roof repairs/replacements for buyers when they are going in the process. I see Weatherguard as an asset to my business.

Storm chasers! These people roll past the "Do Not Solicit Signs" to tell you that they see damage on your roof. They raise all the red flags everyone should be aware of. 1) They arrive unannounced and claim they see damage or that they have been referred to you by a neighbor. 2) They claim roof replacement will cost you nothing and they will cover any insurance deductible. 3) They will not provide an estimate or work description, but only an assurance they will do it all. In the past 4 months they have shown up at our front door 6 times. One of those time when I was not at home, they deceived my wife by telling her that I had arranged for them to inspect our roof. They later said roof needs to be replaced, but would not provide a requested estimate or description of the work to be completed.

Our neighbor was having his roof done by WeatherGuard when we met the project manager, Bobby. He offered to check our roof for free and found we had hail damage. Together we called our insurance company and initiated a claim for damage. When our insurance adjuster came for the inspection Bobby was there and they both went up on our roof to look it over. From that day forward Bobby guided us through the process, always answered if we called, reassured us when we waited for our claim adjuster to respond, calmed our nerves. A month after signing the contract for our new roof the crew arrived to do the work. Bobby was there to make sure the crew was aware of our concerns. The crew was excellent, finished in one day, left our property like they were never there. We would recommend WeatherGuard with no hesitation!

10/10 would highly recommend Weatherguard to anyone! Field Rep, Brian T, approached my door after a recent hail storm in my area. He offered to inspect my home and roof at no cost. Afterwards he gave me the news, that the storm had done a significant amount of damage. Brian recommended we get insurance involved to which we did. Brian handled the entire claims process, very quickly and professionally; even going as far as to fighting the insurance, when they denied my claim at first. Within a week I received a notice from my insurance company that the claim was overturned, and a full roof replacement was issued, along with some interior work! The crew showed up early, and got the entire roof replaced in one day. Excellent, high quality work! I was very pleased with my experience with Weatherguard and Field Representative, Brian T.

Took 7 months to get my roof finished. Every trip out to fix one problem created more problems. Ripped of my gas can while here although manager said it wasn't taken and took 4 days to get it back. Said they paid there guys to well that they didn't need to steal. At least 8 trips to my house to resolve problems even one time a whole family with kids running around my house for 4 hrs. Not a great way to run a business. !st call to report problem was told I was exaggerating until Matt the gentleman that sold me my roof came and looked and he said it was worse than I said. Crooked valleys, torn shingle, bent drip edge, bent facia and did not remove vent fans as instructed and probably more I can't remember. No communication with anyone and workers always asking me what I needed done, even though I had discussed problems with site manager which was never on site.. Stay away

Weatherguard Roofing just completed putting a new roof on our home. Probably the easiest, and most professional major repair that I have ever had done to a home. We have had other roofs replaced over our life time in other parts of South Carolina, but this was made so easy for by their Manager, ***. He was here during the whole project and delivered the finished project just as promised. He personally swept our yard three times for nails after the crew had done it three times before him. The crew was very professional and worked diligently to complete the task as promised. Mr. treated us like family. The home office also kept us abreast of the timeline on when to expect the material delivery and work schedule. A very professional performance by all involved. I would like to thank them again for a job well done, especially Mr.! I would strongly recommend Weatherguard to everyone in need of a new roof.

Weatherguard Roofing did my roof and my first complaint I was lied to about the referral program. I asked the sales person several times do they take the price off the total and I was told yes. I made sure I had some one at my home while he was doing the presentation. Find out that not true...you have to pay the total bill first and then they suppose to cut the check. Secondly, they never came to fix my ceiling in my room, I got the run around about that. So I just got someone else to fix it. On my contract I did not sign for the upgrades but this company is trying to make me pay it so I had to get a lawyer involved and I will update you when I get the results. I am so tried of companies trying to take advantage of people. And I haven't received my referral check yet either so I think the referral program is a joke as well. As far as the work...when you go up in my attic you better be careful to not hit your head on a nail but so far no leaks.

10 Stars. Weatherguard replaced the roof on my business which is a fitness center and absolutely did a phenomenal job. I was unsure who I was going with, and I didn't know if I would have to come out of pocket or if my insurance would pay for it. I posted something on Facebook, and someone suggested that I reach out to Garrett. After speaking with Garrett, I felt super comfortable with going with these guys. He put me in touch with Tyler, who is an excellent project manager for Weatherguard. Tyler was very professional, very personable, very prompt, very knowledgeable, and always available. Tyler inspected my roof, and found tons of hail hits. He helped me through the claim process, and within 23 days of talking to Garrett, I had a new roof on the fitness center. The whole process was completed in less than 32 days. I never felt pressured. I never felt obligated to go with Weatherguard. It just felt right to go to with a company who made me feel at home. I would recommend and have recommended these guys to anyone who needs a roof replacement. Garrett has even called me twice since the roof replacement (Sept 2020) just to check in and see how I was doing. Not every company makes you feel like family. But Weatherguard does.

Whatever you do DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ROOFING COMPANY! It has been a total nightmare. We hired this company back in July and our roof is still not complete as of November . They showed up in our neighborhood and said they could see roof damage and offer to do a free inspection. After the inspection they said they would handle everything with our insurance and make the whole process stress free. It took over two months for them to send anyone out. The crew scheduled several times and never showed up. When they finally showed up and started they were terrible. They threw trash everywhere and broke my plants and shrubs. The crew was very inexperienced and the roof was installed poorly. We had plastic hanging out all around the roof. The roof was hanging over and very uneven. We called to have them come fix it. It took three more times to get someone out. They sent one guy with a handsaw trying to fix it. Plastic is still hanging out and the roof is still messed up. They use our old Facia and charged our insurance saying they replaced it. They have charged our insurance for a lot of things they have not done or replaced. When questioned about it they said they would send someone out to fix it. We are still waiting. We have talked to corporate and they said they would handle it and made promises that they have not backed up. They have scheduled four times and never showed up. It definitely hasn't been stress-free and continues to be a headache! Please do not use this company! I don't want anyone else to have to go through what we are still dealing with.

After being stood up 3 times by the first sales rep. A neighbor around the corner a few weeks later told me about their sale rep. He was great. After agreeing to the terms the covid 19 came about , so after the stay at home order was put out , I spoke with the rep and voiced my concerns about having the workers at my home. He agreed and pusted the date off . But then a week later texted me that the home office need a date they wouldn't wait any longer. Sad but ok. After coming out and replacing my roof , it was a few days before I returned home , but I noticed damage to the metal that covered the wooden boxing around bother A frame points on my house , damage to the metal covering the bricks around the Fondation of my home and siding damge. After a month I received a email from *** at the Charlotte office saying I need to send them money. Well I explained that the job wasn't complete and I was very unset. She responded that some one would call but I still need to sent them the money. A few days later the salesman stopped and stated that it was a miss communication and that they thought it was the original metal over the porch that I was calling about, and that they didn't have that color and I would have to pick a different color . Now this is a month later and no one has even contacted me about not having the correct metal color. Upon me pointing out the damage and voicing my anger , is when the salesman made calls to get it fixed . Nearly 2 weeks later I received a call about someone coming out to do the repairs. They guy that came out , let's just say wow , he replaced the metal on both parts of the two A frame portion with metal that wasn't the right color which was noticeable from the road . They the metal around the base of the home ,he just removed one section when all the hold side sections need to be replaced from them banging the magnet wheel up against the metal picking up nails. He just placed screws all in it didn't seal anything and then the metal is a ash grey . He took spray paint (black) at that and sprayed the new pieces black with paint runs. And upon calling all I got from weather guard is I'm sorry. Now I'm having to hire another company to come fix what weather guard screwed up. Sum it up almost 2 month , crappie work . House was better off not having them touch it . Management sucks. Not once have a super called or come by to look at my problems or called. But they are fast to say we want our money.
