We had a house fire and called Brad Kleeburg, an Aloha employee since 2012. Big mistake! My siding work was good, everything else shoddy. Hung exterior lights uneven, used untreated plywood and left big gaps in soffit. Failed initial inspection. Put hole in new window screen. Wrapped cedar wood with Aluminum (twice) and both times looked like hit by hail immediately after finished. Caught them not putting insulation between exterior and interior wall. They took down siding and plywood, added insulation and put up plywood and siding again. During the winter I had a layer of frost on my interior wall. Cut into wall to see they left a huge gap. Gaps in aluminum wrap where water could potentially get in and cause wood rot. Sent email and pictures to Aloha. I had 2 no call no show to talk about problems. Crew was a no show no call first time they were to show up and fix issues.

was absolutely phenomenal to work with. He was super responsive, explained all parts of the process in great details and helped us any time we needed it. He was so kind and make us feel comfortable with the process. The construction crew was fast and did high quality work. We cannot recommend Aloha enough!

Eddie B from Aloha construction went out of his way to help me get what I wanted. I was a little worried because he promised so much, but they delivered and fast. Before I knew it they were done, quality checked and checked again. I am so happy with everything they did. Very professional from beginning to end. Thank you Eddie B and Aloha. ?

Aloha was a very good firm to work with. Eddie *** was our point of contact and always responsive to our questions and calls. Aloha also worked well with our insurance company and worked with us on our high deductible. I am more than comfortable recommending them to friends and neighbors in need of roof repair. Aloha and Eddie B deliver what they promise.

We recently had a new roof, gutters and downspouts put on our home. I reached out to *** with Aloha when he arrived at our home he spent a good deal of time showing me the damage that was caused by a storm and patiently answered all my questions. *** did everything as he said he would do and if I needed to reach Aloha both *** and *** quickly returned my call if they didn't answer when called.

We had a bad storm in our area.A neighbor of mine works for Aloha construction I asked *** B if he could help me out he said sure no problem he got my insurance adjuster from my insurance company to come to my house and they bought me a whole new roof on my house and for my garage too. It was easy and painless. They did an amazing job my yard looked better after they left then it did when they came to my house. I highly recommend using *** B and Aloha Construction.

Rino D. Aloha is a great company ! They replaced our roof and gutters due to storm damage. It all looks great now. They did exactly what they said they would . Aloha made it happen. They were an ease to work with and did everything on time. *** assisted me throughout the whole process. He was more than wonderful! He was very knowledgeable, kind , and a pleasure to deal with. Cant say enough about Aloha , *** , and ***, and the whole crew. Great company! A+ , 10 out of 10 !

I would use Aloha again if I need work done on my house. A guy named Eddie B knocked on my door and offered to inspect my house for free. He said many homes in the area were damaged in the summer hail storm we had. Not only did he find damage, he helped me get a whole new roof using my insurance. Aloha did everything they said they said they would when they said they would. They even upgraded my shingles to architectural and my soft metal vents to a ridge vent. My house looks great now. Thank you Aloha!

Horrible experience dealing with these people. They don't follow through with anything they say they are going to do. Including the manager *** is HORRIBLE. They take advantage when they know people are in need of repairs. I had Tornado damage on my home. They promise you a $1000 credit back to you to cover your deductible and they NEVER give it to you. Scam of of company. Do not use these storm chasers. I will recommend going with an actual REPUTABLE company. Otherwise you are stuck doing all the work for them.

I had a wonderful experience with Aloha Construction. They handled all of the paperwork, permitting, scheduling for my roofing insurance claim, explained to me the process and how it would be resolved with the insurance company. All of the representatives that I spoke to and met were courteous, professional and informative. They kept me apprised of each crew that would be out to my house, when they would be there and how long the job would take. It was a great experience and I'm happy to recommend Aloha Construction.

I have nothing but praise for my experience with Aloha Construction. ***, with whom I had several contacts, was always patient and kind in answering my questions. The people who did the actual work on my roof deserve a medal. They worked all day in the warm weather. The new roof was completed in one day and when they left there was no sign of anyone working on my house. They took away all the debris; not a speck of dirt was left. I would gladly recommend Aloha to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

We purchased our home in October . Aloha had replaced the roof for the previous owners in August . Our garage roof started leaking in March . I called Aloha to see if they would come take a look at it and they refused to come take a look or to work with me because I was not the owner that paid for their services. Their "craftsmanship" warranty is non-transferable, even though they only did this work less than 1 year ago. Disappointing they don't stand behind their work that is less than 1 year old or take the time to work with me on a solution.

If you want a pretty good job on your project and multiple instances of being strung along and frankly being lied to when trying to finalize your invoice, this firm is for you. Worked with a rep on a storm damage claim and it all went fairly well until we wanted to pay and close out our claim. A sub did the work and they did a good job. We continually asked for an invoice, which eventually came and it was wrong. TWICE! We were given many lines on why the invoices were incorrect and untimely. Were told a certificate of completion would accompany the invoice. TWICE! It never did. Was told by a staff member that his supervisor would call me and he never did. Left messages when I could as his mail box was full quite a few times. This was not a pleasant experience. I would not recommend them.

This year, we were in the market to change the roof, the soffit/fascia and the gutters. For estimates, we started with the Aloha Construction flyer that *** had left us at the door, personalized with his contact info. . After meeting with *** and ***, reviewing their customer packet and their impressive industry awards, we decided to move forward with Aloha. Within a couple of days after deciding on color and shingle style, we started receiving delivery and scheduling updates from their project managers; and before we knew it, their roofing crew was onsite. Our entire project was completed flawlessly in two-and-half days within the same week! Really impressive! Also for every phase, Aloha had an inspector to make sure their work was complete and that the site was left cleaner than it was found. This was truly an amazing experience! Thank you!

My association with Aloha Construction was a very pleasant experience. Alex ***, my claims specialist, was here at my house at least three times each week making sure I knew what would be happening and when. He provided me with his phone number so that I could contact him with any questions I might have. He was very friendly and attentive to my wishes. And he abided by all COVID 19 regulations. Several team members came out to photograph the problem areas on my roof copies of which were then sent to my insurance company. Every time someone new was here they rang my doorbell and introduced themselves to me before they started into my yard. Alex assured me that my only expense would be my deductible amount. I am very pleased with the work that was done. The workers even fixed an area on the front of the roof that needed some reinforcement. Their clean-up was precise. I found very few scraps of material in my yard.

I got my roof done by Aloha Construction, Inc. in August . It was all good until 2015 when I found a leak. They fixed it, but then this year, I had a bunch of other problems. I told them about it, and they sent someone to check it out. But then they said they weren't going to cover it under warranty. I talked to a few people at Aloha about it, and they said they'd look into it and get back to me. But that was over 3 weeks ago, and I haven't heard anything since.

Aloha Construction put a new roof on our crib on 7-19-22. We've been asking for a bill with all the deets so we can pay the balance, but they haven't given us what we need. Our insurance company paid for the roof and they need the bill to show it's paid in full with the completion date so they can release the rest of the cash. My old lady emailed them asking for the bill in person in exchange for the check, but they only came by once without the bill. I even went to their office to pay them on 8-1-22, but they tried to give me a bill with a "credit" instead of showing it was paid in full. All we want is an itemized receipt with each line item and the date of completion, showing the invoice is paid in full when we give them the check.

I'm *** C from Champaign. Aloha Constructions, Inc. did my roof two years ago. It was a nightmare from the start! The team they sent messed up my property and told lies. My husband and I called them about water damage in our home, but they never responded. The salesman was nice, but after they started, I wished we could cancel the contract. We never got the contract, but they said we didn't finish paying for the deck. We don't even have a deck! When we asked about it, they hung up. They said they would mail the contract, but we never got anything in writing. It's a terrible situation that they could have easily fixed when they repaired the holes in my siding. I'm sorry for anyone who read the ComplaintsBoard.com and thought they were a good company. We did, and now I feel like we need to check for mold in our attic and walls. Our experience with them was terrible for a hardworking family.
