Wealthbox does not have a customer service telephone number. This is not a big deal if you are comfortable with email or text, and a response later today, maybe tomorrow. However, it's a problem if you want help NOW !
We had to reach out three times, twice yesterday afternoon and once this morning, before someone reached out to help us. If support is important to your organization, consider going elsewhere - or stay with Redtail (they actually have people who pick up the phone).
