My mortgage is up for renewal soon, so I thought maybe checking around for a better rate than what the bank was offering me wouldn't hurt. I came across Citadel, and saw 'lowest rates in Canada' and away I went. I provided document after document: ID, tax slips, tax returns, divorce decree for over a month. There always seemed to be another 'lender request'...
